Being new to Tennessee I was concerned about finding a good dentist. I did a search and chose Premier Dental based on reviews posted by other patients. My first appointment was today, Premier exceeds expectations! Everyone is kind, friendly and very understanding! I'm so glad I found them, they are a fantastic dental find!

The staff is friendly and the hygenist was great,. I had a denture made and it wasn't what I wanted. Dr birckhead fixed the sample just the way I wanted but when the permanent came back it was wrong, it had such an overbite and his nurse kept telling me it would be alright once she trimmed it. I left the office so disappointed and the denture is in the top drawer of my dresser. No way am I going to wear them. It would be nice to get what you pay for and it wasn't cheap.

I have been going to this dentist for over 14 years. Dr. Birckhead has been nothing but amazing! One time, I was in high school, & chipped my right, front tooth. My mother scheduled the next day & they got me in the next week! I have been pleased every time I have went to my appointment. I go there every 6 months. I'm actually going tomorrow! I highly recommend this Dentist!!!!

Last weekend I broke my wisdom tooth somehow, and it was flapping about with the roots exposed, in a very painful manner. I'm terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience years before. I was at work Thursday and couldn't take the pain and inability to eat anymore, so I called Premier. They were booked for the day but they squeezed me in three hours later. My appointment there has to be described as an epiphany, as the dental assistant Debbie was great with explaining the procedure and pretty much hand walking me through it. She got me Valium and let me suck some gas for awhile to calm me down; the dentist Dr. Jeff Powers assured me the tooth would be easily removed. He was absolutely phenomenal and got it out in about ten seconds with no pain. I need to have the other wisdom teeth out and now have less much anxiety about it, knowing that Dr. Powers is so trustworthy and careful about a phobic patient. I can't recommend Premier enough!!!

Horrible horrible experience. I will admit the staff and Mr. Jeff were friendly. Had to get done a root canal after it was done I've always had discomfort in the tooth. I just thought it was normal from having a root canal. Well guess what they didn't do the right job the first time and it was infected and instead of them fixing the tooth and letting me to keep it they decided to pull it for free. Highly upset that they wouldn't fix my tooth the right way the first time and now that I had this problem I will never go there again.
