I visited this office yesterday for the first time after my dentist joined the practice. It was a great experience from start to finish. The administrators were kind and welcoming and got me processed in and out quickly. The teeth cleaning and x-rays were borderline enjoyable because Nikki was so easy to talk to, and my teeth look and feel so clean. Both she and Dr. Johnson were incredible — they took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, despite the fact that my appointment ended up running twice as long as my typical 1-hour dentist visit. Although I can only speak to my one visit at this office, I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnson for years and she’s consistently knowledgeable and pleasant. She’s so passionate about teeth and her patients that it would be weird if she wasn’t a dentist, and the level of trust that I have in her is really difficult to find. Could not recommend her more highly.

The entire staff has always been great at making you feel comfortable every step of the way. From the beginning checking in with the always friendly and professional Kimberly, to the awesome dental hygienists and doctors always taking time to answer any questions I may have. And if I ever have a question about billing the business assistants always are very helpful on the phone or in person.

Ive been going here for 3 years, my dentist retired, his partner took over. Then she left in September. I wasn't notified by anyone until half way through my cleaning. Then I was price gauged about every service they offered. These are services that were once covered by my plan. Apparently they charging separately for everything now.
