Dr. Jordan Pierre and his staff were very friendly and helpful when I arrived to my appointment. During my cleaning and exam, Dr. Pierre notified me of an extra tooth in my mouth that could later cause problems for my oral health. Needless to say I will be back in 3 months to have the surgery performed by him and his excellent staff.

I had a comprehensive exam with Dr. Pierre and ended up needing a filling. I was scared because of a previous bad experience with a different dentist. Dr. Pierre was very patient and understanding and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him to anyone!

My experience with Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry was the best. They worked with me on my payment plan. Took my Insurance and they even accept Careington (A Dental Discount plan. There are a lot of Dr.s there who really care. The rest of the staff is just as AWESOME.

This clinic was a joke. Had my first cleaning 6 months ago, things went fine besides they try to push you to buy unneeded things like teeth whitening, Invisalign, etc. Come in today for my cleaning that I scheduled 6 months prior and this clinic goes oh if your in your 3rd trimester we won’t see you…I scheduled this appointment 6 months ago and you knew how pregnant I was then and that I would be 3 weeks from my due date because I verified that it would be ok…there only response was yeah it’s up to the dentist and they won’t see you. Maybe hire some office staff that follow your rules for not seeing pregnant patients. Which is only this office because I called 3 other clinics after this and all 3 would see me and get me in for a cleaning prior to delivery. What a joke.

Dr.Rayna Turner is an excellent dentist💕 The assistant are nice. My case is, I need to go back to fix my crown at another Smile Dentist brunch, the administrator helped me for transferring, too. 👍

I came here several months ago because I was having bad pain and my other dentist office was not flexible. I ended up switching permanently to this office because they use newer technology and are have better hours for my needs.
Last Friday they did veneers on my front teeth and an extraction on the far back bottom tooth. I had never done an extraction, and while they gave me something to take for anxiety prior and I couldn’t feel anything, the noises were still overwhelming. But unlike many other dentists who would be impatient or rude, they were very soothing and tried to help me stay calm and made me feel more at easy.
Yesterday I popped in because I was still feeling rough and I did not realize I needed special water syringes to flush out the site and they cleaned it out and helped me understand how to keep the site clean after eating. DDS Pierre did an amazing job and his whole team is very sweet and patient.

I was referred to Smyrna Modern Dentistry (SMD) by Smiles Dentistry of Hendersonville, TN for a root canal on my #14 molar. I went for a special scan of the area and sent the results to SMD ahead of my visit. The tooth had been sensitive to cold for a while and Smiles had put on a temporary cap which I was wearing the morning I arrived at SMD.
The SMD doctor tested the #14 molar but it wasn’t reacting to the cold test so the #15 molar was tested and it did react to the cold test.
The doctor then recommended that a root canal should be performed on #15 so I gave the nod to proceed.
Halfway through the procedure the doctor informed me that the tooth was cracked and then suggested that studies show that I should get 5 years out of the procedure.
I know enough about root canals to know that they are not recommended if the tooth is cracked so that’s the reason I had the scan before I went to SMD.
I ended up paying over $2000 for a cracked #15 molar that received a root canal even though a mri type scan was provided days before the procedure and a capped #14 tooth that still has cold sensitivity.
I called Smiles to tell them what had happened. A very nice person took the time to note all the details but after a couple of weeks no one from Smiles has gotten back to me.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’ve reached out to this business numerous times trying to book an appointment, they keep telling me someone will be in touch asap to schedule an appointment with me, I sent personal information as well as x-rays and still waiting for someone to contact me, the first time was about a month I called back, second time I called they say they don’t have any information on me, and then someone called back saying they found everything and someone will reach out to schedule.. another 2-weeks and nothing.🙄 horrible service.

My spouse and I went together and Dr. Pierre was impressed with us taking care of our dental health together. We were just as impressed with his work ethic, hospitality, expertise, sense of humor, and his work overall. My spouse was treated by Dr. Turner who was just as satisfying and professional. Our dental hygienist, Sophie was phenomenal! Sophie's work made me realize I do have spaces between my teeth!
