Dental assistant was pushy and spoke in condescending tones. She asked me if I celebrated Thanksgiving? I guess because of my skin color, she thought I wasn’t able to celebrate a day of thanks and appreciation. Truly a sad experience. I was really looking toward a pleasant visit.

The staff at Imperial Dental are so wonderful 😍!! Anita is the hygienist who did my deep cleaning. I was so terrified 😨 and anxious but she took away my fears with her kind and caring demeanor. Dr. Wence is also caring as well. I just moved to Tennessee from out of state and appreciate these great women making me feel so welcome 🙏. The lady at the front desk is also awesome and has a great 😃 smile! I definitely recommend this place 👌.

Amazing experience. I feel so lucky to have found Imperial Dental. Everyone there is wonderful. My Hygienist (Tara) was magical, and went to the greatest lengths to get my (way overdue) mouth into great shape. I know it sounds unusual to think of visiting the dentist as something that would put you in a good mood, but after years of struggling with mediocre hygienists, and Corporate Dental Money Pits that are only interested in the "up sell" to overpriced services that should just be a matter of course, I was transformed into such a good mood after my visit. And I truly look forward to my next visit. Thank You Imperial!!!!!!

I have been coming to Imperial Dental since Dr. Wilhoit owned it and that is long before Dr. Wence came into the practice. Tara has been my hygienist since the start and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is gentle and works around the nerve condition that I have that impacts my mouth and gums. Samantha Wence is the same. I hope I always have Imperial Dental to come to.

I had a root canal a few years ago and Ive had trouble with it ever since but all they would do is give me antibiotics and it never got better, only worse. They wanted me to pay to have it fixed and I can't afford it but I believe they should have done it for free and now I can get dental floss under the cap. I've also still have pain with other root canals they have done and they never do anything.

This is the best dentist ever!!! They are so friendly, they treat me like family! They do awesome job on my teeth! And they always make sure I understand any after car instructions before I leave. My husband and I both come to Imperial for our dental needs. They have always been super helpful and accommodating. I can't brag enough about Mrs. Anita! She is so outgoing, and makes you feel comfortable from the beginning. I would totally recommend this practice for anyone looking!
