Dr. Chad Johnson has been my dentist since he took over for the previous dentist many, many years ago. Kathy has been my dental hygienist since 1997. I have not been anywhere else in Johnson City and have in fact just moved my daughter from her pediatric dentist to this office, so now my whole family goes to Dr. Johnson and Dr. O'Dell. Love them, love the staff, and love how they treat each patient as a family member and not just another patient.

Every visit is amazing. My wait is never more than 5 minutes. The staff is professional and friendly. When I have had problems they always found a way to work me in. Appointment reminders are super helpful as they send a calendar request months out and a text and email reminder the week of my appointment. I have been going here for 3 years and will never go anywhere else.

After having a terrible experience at a previous dental location, this office was a breath of fresh air! The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. I didn’t catch the name of the person that cleaned my teeth, but they feel cleaner than they’ve ever been. I do have to go back for additional work, but that’s no surprise to me. Everyone was so nice and I’d definitely recommend them!
