This place is fantastic! They are so helpful, and made sure my husband felt comfortable about getting the help he needed (he was afraid someone would say a bad comment about the shape his teeth are in). And when our car battery died, the girls popped out a jumper cable, knew how to use it and didn't fry the chip but jumped it with expert precision.
The ladies who helped: Lisa, Holly, Heather, and Callie. So very sweet of them, so helpful and my husband got the help he needed!

Everyone at the Kingsport, TN location gave me an amazing experience. From the receptionist, to the X-ray tech, to the dentist, excellent customer service. I was nervous going in and they made sure to talk me through my options in a friendly manner as well as made me feel like I was important. Very grateful for the service I was given and left feeling good

Everyone was very punctual with little wait. Every single person treated me like family. Everyone was warm and kind, patient and informative. I would recommend it to everyone. I am thrilled with the service that I am receiving.

Worst dentist experience I've had. Including the time someone started pulling my wisdom teeth before I was numb. Went for a routine cleaning after making sure they accept my insurance. They took approximately 50 x-rays of my teeth because the tech didn't know what they were doing. This was an uncomfortable process and way more radiation than I needed. Then they tried to make me agree to a $300 mouth wash and said they wouldn't clean my teeth unless I bought it (was very much the weird car salesman upsale vibe other reviews have noted). It was to reduce inflammation caused by needing my teeth cleaned (i.e. entirely redundant if they'd have been willing to just do an annual cleaning like every other dentist ever). Then I received a $190 bill for those poorly executed x-rays I didn't request, after they did nothing for me and claimed they accept my insurance.

I had my teeth extracted and dentures put in immediately after. That was 5 years ago . I never went back. They got it perfect the first time. I wore my dentures everyday until I accidentally threw them away. I would be crazy to go anywhere other than Aspen to get new ones. I am a picky person when it comes to my smile and comfort. If they can please me, they are doing things correctly.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely helpful and nice. I had a great visit and would recommend them.

Dr.Brewer is the best dentist ever . he done such great job pulling my 3 teeth out fast. Hes a amazing dentist.. I would reccommend him to anyone...

I want to especially thanks Hannah and the staff up front and the doctor and the nurse that done the x-rays and whomever that was involved in my care today. Thanks for taking such good care of me. You all sure care about your All's patients

I have been going to Aspen Dental for years because I traveled for a living and they’re everywhere. I always thought it was strange that they never schedule an exam and cleaning at the same time. They have to examine you first, then schedule your cleaning, which was almost always on a different day. It was inconvenient and ridiculous. They also do X-rays on EVERY visit, even though they can see in their system the ones I had done 6 months ago. This last visit WAS my last visit, though. A Latino woman I am assuming was the dentist came in and examined my teeth, for MAYBE two minutes, and seemed annoyed when I asked her about a discoloration on my tongue. I say I assumed she was the dentist because she never introduced herself. But she did say, “looks good!” Then the hygienist looked in my mouth, recorded the recession numbers, then, almost as an afterthought, said I had the beginning stages of gingivitis and I needed some kind of pre-treatment for $200+ out-of-pocket before she can clean my teeth. Well, maybe I do have pre-gingivitis. But, I’ve never had any bleeding or pain, and I certainly don’t want to be diagnosed by a dental hygienist. It seems like they had to find something wrong just to make some money off of me. A friend of a friend who is a dentist told me to “find a real dentist” after I told him all this. So, I’m going to.

Treated with such care and respect. Sometimes you put yourself on the back burner and you suffer in the long run. This team made me feel worthy of a healthy smile. Thank you Kingsport Tn office.
