I have been a patient of Bateman Dentistry for over 30 years. Dr. Bateman has developed a practice based on patient care, honesty, and integrity. Jenni has been my hygienist my entire life and I feel as if she is part of my family. She not only remembers which of my teeth are sensitive but remembers important events in my life and always asks me about them. I would never consider going anywhere else and I cannot recommend this office enough. I am also so impressed with Dr. Jake and the important role that he has taken with this practice. Following in Dr. Bateman's footsteps is an almost impossible task but Dr. Jake does it with ease.

I have gone to see Dr. Rick Bateman at Bateman Dentistry for over 30 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else (I was 4 when I first went). All the staff are friendly, considerate, patient, and very knowledgeable. My preteen was seen today by Dr. Jake Bateman and came home very happy and positive about the experience. They've always been good with kids and I'm happy to know that it hasn't changed in 3 decades now.

When we found out we were moving to TN, my former dentist researched the dentists in this area and recommended Bateman Dentistry because their practice and credentials were similar to his own. While we did have to wait awhile to get an appointment, our first visit went great! Everyone was friendly, and my hygienist was very gentle.

This was my first visit to Bateman Dental office. Diane cleaned my teeth quickly and skillfully. She was very kind and courteous. Dr.Jake explained what my next steps are for my dental health going forward. The front office staff was very efficient.I feel comfortable going there.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff her made me feel amazing. Zero judgment to my horrible teeth ( some dentist are very judgmental) and they make me feel like I’m a true priority when I’m there. I now have a beautiful smile and I cannot thank them enough for everything. I have friends now with the same issues as me as far as anxiety goes who are now going to make appointments based on how well I was treated. If you are looking for a new dentist please pick this one. The office is amazing truly.

Dr. Jake, Alice & Taylor are magnificent. Each and every one make you feel at ease an are the pinnacle of professionalism. I had a rather lengthy procedure that required multiple visits and the end result was perfect. I cannot give 10 stars but if I could, I would give 12.

I was terrified of the dentist due to past experiences. This office has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable even when I have had a couple freak out moments. It’s taken 3 months to finish my process so that I have healed safely and not rushed any part. I know have a beautiful, healthy smile that I am so proud of.
