I’ve been going to Colonial Heights Dental Group for several years now. I had been going to another dentist and my fillings kept falling out. He’d also done a root canal for me and I kept telling him that I was having a lot of pain. He kept reassuring me that I wasn’t experiencing pain because he drilled out the roots (i.e. root canal). After many, many visits, I finally decided to switch dentists and get a second opinion. Dr. Creech did some X-rays and immediately noticed some of my root was left. After that, I never went back to my other dentist. Over the years Dr. Creech and her amazing staff have not only taken care of me, but my daughters as well. The care and great lengths they go to to make sure their clients are comfortable are above and beyond. These include anything from setting me up for an emergency visit at the beginning of COVID, to Lisa opening the doors for me to be able to buy toothpaste when they’re closed, and everything in between. Pam has also taught me a lot of tricks to take care of my teeth and takes the time to explain things in a way that I understand. Today, Lisa helped Dr. Creech get my tooth ready for a crown and the care she took to make sure my temporary crown fit just right shows just how much pride they take in their work. If you want a staff that cares, you definitely need to check them out!

I had a first-time visit yesterday, and I was very impressed. I was immediately greeted upon entering the office, and I didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. In fact, they took me in a few minutes early. The checkup was extremely thorough, and they completely explained everything to me as the exam proceeded. It was an excellent experience.

I’ve been visiting this practice for 36 years. When Dr. Creech took over this practice from Dr. Shepherd it was the smooth transition I knew it would be. Dr. Creech is a truly pain free dentist. Her office has the most up to date equipment. She is knowledgeable in all areas of dentistry and is especially well versed in cosmetic dentistry. If she can’t give you a “million dollar smile”, no one can. Dr. Creech is kind and cheerful and puts you at ease. I enjoy my biannual checkups and lively conversations with Pam. The whole office staff is kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Wow, just wow. Extremely efficient, modern, insanely thorough. I've never had such a detailed dental exam before in my life. Dr Creech is outstanding and has great bedside manner and critical thinking. They are very organized and have what appears to be the most up-to-date technology.

All of this comes at a cost, so bring buckets of money, but honestly it's worth every penny knowing you are in such good hands. ;-)

Dr. Creech and the whole staff are fantastic! They take very good care of my husband and me. Very caring, and gentle. I don't recommend people lightly, but I think enough of them to recommend them to my parents, and they were as pleased as we are!

Although the dentist office is not exactly a person's favorite place to be, I absolutely LOVE Dr. Creech and her staff. Everyone is so nice with great personalities. They want to ensure that you are comfortable (they offer soft blankets and neck pillows), and are very knowledgeable. I have very sensitive teeth and the Hygienist makes sure that I am not in any pain. I highly recommend this office to all my family and friends.

My family loves Colonial Heights Dental Group! They are always so friendly and work well with our crazy schedules! Today they celebrated my daughter, Kenzie, when she came in with her braces off! It made her feel so special! They truly are amazing!

Over priced and horrible. I never had pain before Dr Creech put a crown on my tooth. I called them and they said I needed a root canal but they don't do that. After months of pain I finally had to pay another 2 grand at a different dentist to get some relief. Creech also offers botox shots..she should stick to that. It's just about the money with those useless women.

Dr. Creech and ALL of her office staff are FANTASTIC! The practice is state of the art. They’re timely and extremely thorough. I was referred by a friend, and my 6 year old and I both had such great first appointments that I had 5 other family members schedule with her that day also, because we were so impressed. If you’re in search of an excellent dentist, this is it.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Creech and her staff. As someone who has spent more time trying to not go to the dentist over the last few decades, I can honestly say that I look forward to my visits with this fabulous bunch of people. Their professionalism goes hand in hand with their friendliness, and I’ve never felt more confident in their knowledge and experience to provide me with the best and most current treatments there are to offer.
