A very professional environment with an extremely friendly feel! I had been putting off going to the dentist, but I am so thankful I was referred to Colonial Heights Dental Group. Each and every employee I met treated me very kindly and I felt at home right from the beginning. Dr. Creech and Taylor explained the process and developed a personal game plan for myself. A gameplan heading forward was something I wanted to accomplish from my first visit and without even asking they had already prepared one. They sat down with me and asked me what i wanted to accomplish and they offered advice and recommendations throughout the process. This put my mind at ease and I knew I had found the right dental office!

I have not encountered a single person at Colonial Heights Dental Group that wasn't a joy to work with. I told my hygienist, Amanda, that it is almost like not going to the dentist because the atmosphere is unlike that of any of other dentist. A lot of this is due to Dr Creech herself, who is a wonderful interior design person. Everything is state-of-the-art. I've never felt more well cared for!! I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Except for the paying part. LOL!

Dr. Creech is a very good dentist and gives a very thorough exam. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They explain everything and run a very organized business. I'm a fairly new patient and feel like I've been going there for years. I highly recommend them.

From the moment you step into the office you know the experience is going to be different. They mentioned multiple times before the first appointment that the initial would take a couple hours so I was expecting it. What I was not expecting was why as I thought I would be waiting a long time. The time is to fully get to know me and my mouth. This encompasses my dental history, expectations, and a road map to a better and healthier smile that will last me the rest of my life. Dr Creech and her staff are absolutely amazing and the thoroughness of the exam and explanation of options surpassed any image I had when I entered.

They will take your money and not think twice. I have never been to any health care provider where only AFTER they have finished their service, do they inform me that they all of the sudden no longer take my insurance. If they were dropping insurances when one of their dentists left, they knew some of their regular patients would no longer be in network. Ridiculous. Be careful when seeking treatment at this facility. Other family members have had less than ideal experiences here as well.
