Martin Dentistry has a great front office staff as well as the dental staff. Dr. Allen listens to the issues and does not make you feel like you have to do a treatment. I have never had s complaint about the staff, either the front or dental.

Each staff member treats me with such kindness, I feel like I'm with my family. Dr. Kevin's attention to detail is amazing and his concern for his patients genuine. What a GREAT office - thank you ALL! Been going to Martin Dentistry for 4 years and the level of service remains consistently excellent. New dentists/techs are all doing a great job!

This was my first visit as I am relocating back to TN. Everyone I encountered was professional and very nice, from the scheduling call to the actual visit. The office seems to have the latest technologies and everyone seems well-trained and competent. Each team member explained what they were doing and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort and understanding. The office is very well organized. I am very happy, relieved and comfortable in selecting Martin Dentistry's as my dental/oral care provider. I saw Dr. Ledford and Andrea was my hygienist. Andrea was thorough and did a terrific job with all of the steps associated with x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Ledford was fantastic, answered all of my questions and made sure that I was fully comfortable with the treatment plan.
I highly recommend this practice.

I like many have a fear of the dentist always having bad experiences. We recently moved here and I searched for months trying to find the right dentist that I thought I would be comfortable with. From my very first visit Dr. Allen was wonderful as have the assistants I have had. They explain everything well. Constantly asked if I was doing okay, offered me a blanket because the room was cold and between that and my nerves I was shivering. The work they did was wonderful. Let me explain that over the last several years I have had 4 crowns done. each one was worse than the last. I was in pain with the temp, the temps didn't feel right and then when the permanent was put on I had pain for months (not weeks months) the dentist constantly checking. Well I have to keep reminding myself I have a temp in now. I have had very little pain and NOTHING like has happened in the past for me. The temp feels comfortable. I also had a leaky filling on a front tooth fixed on this last visit and it looks wonderful. I am new to Martin Dentistry but so far I'm more than pleased with Dr. Allen and would highly recommend her.

I have been going to Martin Dentistry's Kingsport office for about 6 years. Everyone I've interacted with has been an absolute pleasure. The assistants. hygienists, and doctors are all top-notch! Rebecca does a great job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Allen normally does the final check. They are awesome!
