My daughter saw the hygienist who was very rough. She was crying and he just said, “You ok, buddy” and kept going. She said he kept hitting the her gums with the hook and causing a lot of bleeding. 6 months ago she had a perfect checkup. Parents are not allowed back with their child (which is a red flag). He walked out with my daughter and the dentist came out a minute later. I was informed she had 2 small cavities. My daughter told me what happened in the car and also that she never saw the dentist, only the hygienist. Since when do hygienists have the authority to diagnose cavities? Will never go back and am going to report them

First and last appointment. Hygienist informed me before my teeth were examined that I needed a deep cleaning. Then refused to clean my teeth at all because I did not agree that a deep cleaning was necessary at this time as I had a deep cleaning less than a year ago at my previous dentist.

After waiting 2 months for my appointment they canceled my appointment 1 hour before scheduled time. Told me they could still work me in if I could be there in 10 min. I left work arrived in 15 min due to traffic. They called while I was pulling into the parking lot and told me the 5 min difference made it impossible to see me. Made no offer to make it right by offering me a new appointment asap. Told me sorry then hung up the phone.
