Best Dental Experience Ever!
From the very beginning with Mary Elizabeth who was very helpful and had a good attitude despite working on a Saturday. I was brought back super fast. I had my cousin's child with me(mother passed when she was 3), David made sure we had a seat for her while I was being treated, thank u for that. The entire environment was super laid back and very comfortable which made having your tooth drilled on not so bad. Dr. Brown was down to earth and very caring, he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I was in and out before I knew it and didn't have to mortgage my house to have tooth repaired. This was with out a doubt the best dental experience I have EVER had. I will recommend Dr. Brown and his staff to anyone in need of dental services. Mary Elizabeth, David, and Dr. Brown, thank you all very much!

Quick in, and quick out. They're so efficient and friendly, from the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist. Great place to be well taken care of! Thanks y'all!

I have been a patient for a few years and while there has been significant change over, Prati is now my hygienist for life! Amazingly thorough and kind. Dr Brown is nice and professional too!

Terrible service. Made the appointment 6 weeks ago and the call the day before to inform me they don't take my insurance. But now that I read the other reviews I guess it's for the best. Rude and unprofessional

Haven't even visited the office yet but if the office staff is anywhere near as kind, helpful, and informative as Susan who answered the phone I know we are going to love it! Susan was very patient in getting our confusing insurance straight and getting us in quickly. The person who answers the phone is usually the first person encountered when dealing with a business and it's important a good impression is made and Susan certainly makes a great one!
Thank you Susan!

Horrid experience. I had put off going to the dentist, and was about to start a new job (meaning no insurance for 30 days) I decided it was time to go for a cleaning. I got there for an appointment scheduled at 4:10. I walk in and receptionist rudely says, “your appointment was at 4:00 it’s too late”. I show her the text confirmation that stated the appointment was at 4:10. They bring up them “calling me several times about paperwork that needed to be filled out prior”. I received no calls or voicemails from them. They did send out an email the day of the appointment which I didn’t read prior to appointment because I was at work all day. In between both of them being on the phone the entire encounter they offer to do X-rays and set up a later appointment because the dentist didn’t have time. I said no thanks and left. I have no idea if the dentist here could make up for the lack of professionalism at the front desk. I wouldn’t bother.
