The dentist himself does a fine job, but be prepared for a nightmare if the office staff has to lift a finger to communicate with your insurance company, because they flat out won't... After paying what we were told was our portion of the bill we still received bill after bill for over 2 months... Finally we called the insurance company any they had been waiting for the dentist office to confirm whether the crown was new or an old one being repaired.... After getting the office staff to reluctantly communicate with the insurance company we started receiving more bills for another 3 months and once again found out that the dentists office was not providing the insurance company with the requested information... Thank goodness the insurance company offered to conference call the dentists office with my wife on the line to get things resolved.... The poor service provided by the office personnel will have us looking elsewhere...

I absolutely love the dentist Dr Carney he is awesome he has a wonderful personality and very kind and he explains everything that he's going to do Connie Adams she is wonderful as well very knowledgeable and very polite I could not imagine going to another dentist I have been to the other American Family Dentistry in Seymour was very disappointed in the dentist but Dr Carney is absolutely wonderful could not ask for a dentist
