They were able to get my husband in the next day for a kinda emergency. They also helped out with insurance. Will be establishing as new patients.

First off, they were able to get me in same day. I am very pregnant and am having issues with my gums. I had a same day cleaning here with Britney, who is a complete sweetheart. Then I saw Dr.Conrad who is one of the nicest dentists that I have met. They made me feel so much at ease, this is who I would recommend to go to in Knoxville. Also both were gentle, I’m always afraid to get the “rough” hygentist or dentist, so so thankful. Also the guy at the front, I think his name is Daniel, was a very understanding and patient guy. He’s definitely the right choice when you walk in, he seemed so welcoming.

I can’t say enough about American Family Dentistry in South Knoxville. Dr. Goskel did an amazing job with my complicated procedure. I went to a total of three different dentist over the last two years, when trying to plan for this procedure. At half the price, the staff still provided a five star experience.
Michelle was patient with me, calling me back several times to verify my out of pocket expense. Heather the dental assistant was so personable and experienced, I was so impressed with her. All in all, they worked together as a team to make sure I was well taken care of.
