***update!20 stars!! Its been over 2 weeks since my big day and I love the results! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to go thru it with! Dr. Smith was so kind to me and he personally checked on me the weekend following my extractions and thru the healing process they definetly have gone above and beyond for me! You won’t find a better dentist TRUST ME!!***
I would give 10 stars if I could!! Dr.Smith & his team are changing my life! I went in knowing I would need lots of work but not sure of the process or if I could even afford it..and I was scared to death! From the time I walked in I felt comfortable, everyone was very friendly and best of all no one judged me at all! Not even a little bit! Nikki was so great! She is easy to talk to and explained the process so well I was at ease very quickly! After the assessment we went over the options and made a dental plan that I understood completely! And best of all I CAN AFFORD IT! I completed the second step today and Dr.Smith has exceeded my expectations so far and I look forward to completing the process and honestly I thank God that I found this dentist to go through it with! Thank you guys so much!

I have been using this office for a year. All the staff have been courteous, friendly, and very professional. The hygienist has been wonderful! Dr. Smith is personable and very good at taking care of the patient. I would highly recommend!!

Dr smith and the girls in the back were great!. His office was clean and nice. Had snacks and water. But I was not impressed with Brooke the receptionist. I went first with my daughter and then the next week with my hubby. She was very dry with no smile either time. Seemed annoyed with us at one point. Maybe because we were so early ( I told her we were in no hurry and expected to wait) or had alot of questions. She even gave us 3 different prices about our insurance. Then when I got my EOB it was different from all 3 of the prices she gave me and charged us. Ive worked front and back end medical field before. I get you have bad days but you dont take out on patient. I had an appointment I cancelled. I cant go somewhere im not comfortable making appointments and asking questions and feeling like im bothering them. I have friends I sent there because of a coworkers who recommended us that feel the same way
