I’ve had a great experience! They treat you so well there and I just couldn’t recommend enough. If you are nervous about going to the dentist, this place is very calming and everyone is constantly checking on you/making sure you are very comfortable. The people who work there seem to be so happy to be there. I am also very happy with cosmetic work I got on my front tooth. The color matches very well

I went in for my permanent crowns today and I must say that I am beyond happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr Dean for any dental needs that you may have. Everyone from the front office to the back is very helpful and makes you feel so welcomed. Please call and speak with Karen to get you scheduled and James will handle the claim with your insurance. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Donnie Dean and his entire staff!!! They have taken such good care of me for so many years that I would never even consider going anywhere else. My entire family goes to him and we all have different needs that they address and take care of. I absolutely love Kim, my hygienist, that pays very close attention to my issues and calls me out when she can see I have not been doing what I’m supposed to do because I have issues with bone deterioration. She measures between each tooth every single visit (I have cleanings 4 times a year) and tells me exactly what I need to do to help improve the health of my gums & slow the bone deterioration. Karen always calls me to remind me of appointments and greats me by name when I walk in the door. The entire staff is truly amazing and you can tell they genuinely care!!! They even sent me a get well card back in the spring when I was diagnosed with cancer, that everyone in the office signed (too many to name, but they are all amazing). Excellent customer service that makes you feel like you’re family!!!

I moved to Knoxville recently. Today was my first visit for cleaning and check- up. Karen greeted me and helped me with my paperwork. Sarah was very gentle during my cleaning. Was also helpful with tips to improve cleaning at home. Dr. Dean made me very comfortable. He explained what treatment was needed. They also have insurance if needed. I will recommend them highly. A lovely group of people.

I highly recommend Dr. Dean and staff for dental care! I've had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past. Therefore, I put off fixing a front tooth injury for decades. Dr. Dean made me feel comfortable with his abilities and did not try to oversell me services. They fixed my tooth within one day! I'm so thankful for them.
