I have been seeing Dr Silber for years and he has always been so patient and caring. I have seen Dr Howe a few times also and he is just the same! Yesterday I had to come in for a fractured tooth and they immediate got me in the office. Dr Howe was extreme caring even getting me into an endodontist appointment that same day! They got me back in the office today and Dr Howe put my crown in. I was so happy for Dr Silber when he announced he was going to retire and then go part time however also worried how would I find another dentist like him. But seeing Dr Howe I have no worries at all! He is very compassionate, well mannered, and he lets you know step by step everything he is about to do. Could not ask for a better dentist between Dr Silber and Dr Howe. Thank you both so much!

When I moved from Albuquerque, NM to Knoxville I needed to find a new dentist and very fortunately found Dr. SILBER in 1996. I have been seen by Dr. Silber since that time and received excellent, highly professional, and timely care in both routine and emergency visits. Now that Dr. Silber is working part time and enjoying life I have seen Dr. However my last two visits and find that he operates like a carbon copy of Dr. Silber. Both are exceptional, courteous, very informative, very professional, and keep you informed about step of a ddntal procedure. The staff and hygienist are equally as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
I will continue to go to their office until I am no longer.
