I have been going to Knoxville smiles for about 4 years now and they really stand out for their constumer service and desire to improve your oral health long term! They don’t just clean your teeth and see you again in 6 months. I have been working with Dr.Malone for about a year on my severe clinching/grinding and he’s really gone above and beyond to try and preserve my teeth and prevent future problems. He recently added length to my teeth and closed some spacing and you can’t even tell that it isn’t my natural teeth! I highly recommend this business to anyone!

These guys are totally amazing! They did my root canal as an emergency on a four day visit despite me moving out of state and not being a patient for five years! Dr. Costa was incredible and despite having a previous bad experience with a root canal, it was so straightforward, he worked with my schedule (48 hours over new year!) and has got me out of pain and saved me finding a dentist to do the work in Houston (which was proving very tough!) Shannon and all other staff went above and beyond! Can not remind highly enough! Thank you so much!

Wow. Great experience. I lost a crown while waiting on an implant. I came in at 7:30 toothless and was back out by 8:15 with a new temporary crown with a power T for Tennessee imprinted on the temporary tooth. It looked great. It was perfect for the first home football game. Dr Malone’s passion and expertise is unmatched!!!!

Very nice place! Very up to date! I recently changed my review to a 5 star, because I went back for my second visit. They had a plan, and it sounds like a fantastic plan. I first was worried and scared about the the plan. Both Drs. Put their heads together working together and made a even better plan. In all this mixed I could have cried a second time for all the hope they gave me!! I’m actually excited for my next appointment for the DENTIST!!! These guys are great!!!

I historically hate going to the dentist, but on my first visit to their office, Dr. Malone and his staff made me feel right at home and any anxiety I was feeling was quickly dissolved. I was given a tour of their great facilities and met all of the staff (who were super friendly). The technology they have is not only really cool, but helps the patient be more informed. Everything was done with cameras and there was a television on the ceiling so I could see for myself what Dr. Malone was describing.
I have only been to Dr. Malone's office once, but I can say without hesitation that it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office.

Dr. Malone has always listened with patience and helped me with my dental problems. I don't have to say much, he just look and knows exactly what needs to be done. I have had my teeth cleaned by Rebekah and Marcy and they are both very gentle and patient. Everyone in Dr Malone's office is friendly, and very attentive.
