Izabella is the best! She is so so sweet I love coming to see her for my cleanings. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but she’s made every appointment so easy for me and everyone in my family. Everyone in the office is always so nice and accommodating every time I come in... by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to!

I just finished my dental cleaning at the office of Drs. Malone and Costa. Now, normally, any trip to the dentist fills me with dread. Luckily for me, Izabela did my cleaning and it was the least stressful experience imaginable. Izabela was not only gentle and thorough, but also extremely reassuring. I also know I'm not the easiest patient to deal with, but she was understanding and very patient with me. Dr. Costa came up with an effective Plan to treat my dental problems and made sure it was fair financially. Even the front desk staff was extra friendly and helpful. So, anybody who is nervous about the dentist, give Knoxville Smiles a call. You won't be disappointed.

I had been needing to find a dentist, but I, like a lot of people, have never been thrilled about going to the dentist. Dr. Malone came highly recommeded to me from a friend. I had planned on making an appointment with him, but while I was dragging my feet about it, a tooth broke. So my very first appointment with him was for some serious (at least to me!) work on my mouth. I was very impressed with their state of the art facility that Barbara gave me a tour of. Everyone was very friendly which helped me relax a little. Everything that was done to me was explained in a way that I could understand. I was even able to look at the broken tooth on an overhead tv screen. Not a picture they had taken, but while he actually had a tool in my mouth so he could show it to me. I actually felt very calm while he was working on me. I will highly recommend Dr. Malone & his staff to anyone looking for a dentist!

Very professional. Dr. Costa spent time explaining possible options and was very personable. A good experience for a first visit.

I will start by saying I have an extremely irrational fear of dentists. I break down in panic attacks and shake really bad just being in the lobby of a dentist office. With that being said, my visits to Dr. Costa was the best dentist experience I've ever had. They saw me quickly for an emergency, they explained in detail everything they were going to do and made sure to ask if that was what I wanted, they made sure I wasn't in any pain. The entire staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be continuing my dental health care with Dr. Costa.

Dr. Malone and his staff are amazing! They made me feel so welcome! I had a front filling about to fall out. Dr. Malone examined me and repaired it right away. I didn't have to wait and I did not feel a single thing aside from the small poke of the needle. They also saw my Dad last fall when he had teeth falling out due to cancer in his jaw. They were so kind and treated him with such dignity. Thank you to this amazing staff for your service!

I've had three great visits here. Dr. Malone always provides very informative and calm discussions. The hygienists have always been very kind and thorough, even during the pandemic times. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Malone is one of the best dentist I have ever met. His staff is amazing and very caring as well. I will never go to another dentist after today's visit.

I'm definitely coming back here for all my teeth needs! The staff were all super kind and inviting. Kim did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Malone was super helpful in letting me know my options.

Did great with my child’s tooth extraction. She’s usually very anxious but they were wonderful. I was jealous I didn’t get a heated chair and blanket growing up.
