In one word, Dr Malone and his staff are AMAZING!!! It is rare that a dentist office gets you excited about your next appointment (I know I'm looking forward to mine), but this place does! The entire staff, from the friendly receptionists to the skilled hygienists (like Izabela), create an environment that is like no other dentist office. They treat you like friends and family, not just another patient. Seriously, they talk and laugh and take time and concern in treating your unique dental needs. Then, once you meet Dr. Malone you understand why the office is so special-because he is. He is an expert in his field and he conveys that specialized knowledge in a way that isn't intimidating. He uses cutting edge technology that puts every other dentist office years behind and that make the procedures less invasive. His chair-side manner is just as friendly as the staff and he takes time in explaining the what's and why's behind what he's doing in your mouth, and doesn't just think about your dental needs now but in the future as well.
