Absolutely amazing service. It has been a little over 2 years since I had been to the dentist and after hearing their advertisement on Talk Sports I decided to check them out. As a new patient they made it super easy sending me my forms to fill out online so they were ready for me once I arrived. The office is super clean and everyone was super friendly. Rebekah did an amazing job thoroughly inspecting my teeth, cleaning them and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Malone was awesome and so much fun to talk to and made me feel so welcome. I have found a new dentist and will be a client for life!

Dr Costa and staff are all amazing. I've been twice now, once for a cleaning and again for a difficult filing that was done excellently. It's been a few years since my last dentist visit with moving city to city but the team made me feel at home and without judgment. Jessica did my cleaning and was excellent, had great hygiene advice and even came to check up on me a week later during my filing. Shout outs to Lauren, Wendy, and Shauna as well for being so nice and welcoming. Can not recommend this office and staff enough.

The entire staff including the receptionists, hygienists and doctors were kind and welcoming! I have had 2 visits and both were exceptional. I had previously been a patient at another dentist for 10 years until he retired. I was super nervous about finding somewhere that I felt comfortable......I definitely found my new dentist office!!!

I went to Knoxville Smiles (after doing some researching and reading reviews) for a bleaching and it was amazing! I told the dental assistant how some of my teeth were a little short and she told me they could actually fix that without veneers! So a few appointments later I have larger big white teeth. I can't say enough good things about my entire experience. They also pushed to get me in before my wedding. (As a new client too ♡). They are absolutely amazing and Dr.Malone is the BEST. My only regret is not going to him sooner!!!
