Love Dr Malone and his staff. They are so kind and make me feel like family. I have been coming to this office for several years and always have had a great experience. Dr Malone is kind and caring. He is up to date on the latest techniques in dentistry but he is conservative in his work. He only does what is absolutely necessary for dental work. I've never felt pressure to have any procedure. I would highly recommend.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the staff is friendly and level-headed. It makes a good choice for my family and friends.

I have been afraid of the dentist my whole life and was nervous about my appointment today. Luckily, everyone was extremely nice and I was greeted as soon as I came into the building. Shannon was very easy to talk to and made my visit a memorable one. I left with some nice sunglasses & a goody bag too! I love everyone in this place & appreciate the work they do to keep everyone happy. 20/10 recommend this place to everyone! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist as long as I’m going to Knoxville Smiles!

I can't recommend Malone Dentistry highly enough! I have been going there for 7 or 8 years & have had nothing but positive experiences. I have had my regular cleanings, as well as some other things pop over the years - a night guard, invisible braces to correct where my teeth had moved a bit since my childhood braces, & a permanent retainer to keep everything from going anywhere again. Everything has worked out perfectly & has really improved my smile & my personal satisfaction!
I adore Izabella, my hygienist, as well. I can't imagine anyone being any better than her - ever! I look forward to my cleanings & just getting to visit with her for a few minutes.
Going for my twice a year cleaning is like getting to visit with friends you don't get to see often. Everyone is always so very nice & it's just a pleasant experience all the way around.
Even though my insurance changed & Malone Dentistry is no longer "in network", I continue to go there - that should tell you how excellent they really are!

Dr. Costa, Lauren and the Knoxville Smiles staff were extremely welcoming for my visit to their practice. Throughout the visit, I was treated with kindness and they provided insight into all aspects of the treatment process. Most impressive was their willingness to listen to my concerns and input on future treatments. They also introduced me to Dr. Malone for a mini consult. It is very obvious that the Knoxville Smiles staff is a cohesive unit who truly emphasizes in delivering the highest quality care to their patients.

ABSOLUTELY THE THE VERY BEST!!! Dr. Malone’s office has such a high standard of care. They look at the entirety of the dental situation that is BEST FOR THE PATIENT! That is so rare in business today. They look at short term, long term, and overall best solution for the best outcome.

I had advanced periodontal disease in my 30’s!!! I started with a wonderful periodontist in Atlanta, Ga. After moving to Knoxville 11 years ago I drove back to Atlanta for 2 years because I couldn’t find good care in here in Knoxville after several attempts. FINALLY, my periodontist in Atlanta referred me to Dr. Steven Malone! Dr. Malone gave me an overview of mouth and a treatment plan. He changed the treatment plan I was on —scary for me— removed a couple teeth & replaced with implants. My ENTIRE MOUTH healed!! I had so many loose teeth and now my teeth and gums are super healthy and tight! He changed my oral health!! My teeth are tighter at 53 than they were at 33. I’ve brought my entire family to Knoxville Smiles. Best decision for a lifetime!

After my first visit, I must say that Dr. Malone and his staff were extremely thorough in evaluating my situation. They explained everything thoroughly and showed great concern for helping to alleviate the jaw pain I had been experiencing. I look forward to seeing improvements over time as I work with this well- trained team!

I was searching for a dentist office near me when I came across this place. After reading the reviews I gave them a call to set up an appointment. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the entire atmosphere of this place is warming and welcoming. I saw Dr. Costa and he made sure I understood everything that was going on and what he was going to do to fix it. He and the assistant talked me through all the steps and made sure I was comfortable. From the ladies you meet when you come through the door, to the assistants, to the doctors, this group is nothing short of extraordinary! You won’t want to go anywhere else!

Izabela is the best 👍👍👍 she’s Awesome and very friendly! Everyone was so nice and caring. I was a new patient coming in with a cracked tooth and she’s very gentle. She’s provided me a couple options and provided me best opinion with pros and cons . Highly recommend Dr Costa is wonderful! Tish and Kim in the front office, was the best! everybody was so nice & welcoming. The atmosphere was very comforting & did not feel like the first visit at all! I would definitely recommend this dental faciity for you and your family!!

Dr Malone is the first dentist I’ve had in years. He’s an awesome guy and his staff are amazing. It feels like a family and I love that. Jade is the best, hands down. It was luck of the draw that she was the one who did my first cleaning, now I arrange my appointments to see her. I’m not usually comfortable with people getting in my personal space and dental work is all about being up in your space. Jade’s personality puts me at ease and I have no problem with her being in my space. If you don’t wanna converse then they have cable on the flat screen TVs on the ceiling above your chair and headphones for your pleasure.
