I have been seeing this dentist for a few years now and today after I had work done discovered they were no longer in my network. I was not made aware of this and had a balance owed from my previous visit. As well as owed more for the work that was done today than I was quoted before. If I would not have called them later in the day to question the balance owed and the extra cost of the work done today I still would not be aware that they were no longer in my network. I feel they should have informed me as soon as they were made aware of these changes. Instead they said nothing while I paid more than I needed to.

Changing my review from 5 to 3 stars. As a dental service provider they are great, however, their billing procedures are hopeless. They bill the customer an "estimate" before filing any insurance claims. What happens is that the amount on your receipt frequently does not equal the amount the insurance company says you are responsible for. If you use an HSA or FSA, the claim for reimbursement will be denied. There are simply too many providers in the 2900 block of Essary to tolerate this without looking into another provider.

A little disappointed that they are bugging me for the next appointment, when they should know I have to resolve an issue with the Endodontist first. The staff are very friendly, but that will only go so far. I'm more impressed when they know my needs and proper followup would have been nice.
