I have known Dr. Williams for 30 years but only recently was able to make him my dentist. He did multiple procedures that fixed my smile cosmetically and structurally. Great dentist and even a better person.

My daughter was referred by Dr.Gentzler to start her adult cleanings with this practice. The hygienist was very nice and attentive, although I did not get her name. While she was in the chair, the front office personnel was very loud and obnoxious. It definitely was not a peaceful experience for my daughter. The dentist came in to follow up and did not introduce himself nor seem interested that we were even there. The only thing he did was place the mirror instrument in her mouth for less than a second and walked out. He did not seem to care if her cleaning was throughly cleaned or not. The ONLY reason we’d ever go back would be for the hygienist. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of her job. Otherwise I do NOT recommend this practice, especially for people of color. We did not feel welcome by any of the staff, including the dentist himself.

A most excellent and welcoming office of dentistry. Everyone is friendly while getting to know you and treating you like friend and not just a number. Dr. Williams is straightforward, honest and a Doctor you can trust. He cares about his patients, their needs and how he can best help them.

If I could give a 0 I would.. Ive been taking my kids here for years and today my daughter had an apt but she is terrified of the needles and so she started crying .instead of talking to her he called her a baby and said this is why no other dentist would take you. The dental hygentist told her some stuff too. I went back and confronted him and all he did was say yes I called her a baby at 16 years old .needless to say I avoided jail and told he was very unprofessional and I would be changing dentist. So my advice is to take ypur business elsewhere he wants to talk about how kids are going to the dentist ..

Smile Gallery is the absolute best. The office itself is just beautiful with the most modern up to date equipment. The staff are fabulous! They go beyond the call of duty to make your visit the most pleasant ever. Dr. Chad has the best chair side manner of anyone I've ever seen. You immediately feel comfortable and at ease. The best and most pain free dentist I've ever been to. I would highly recommend Smile Gallery and Dr. Chad to everyone. I drive 5 hours one way just to see him. He has treated my grandchildren and myself many times. He knows just how to put a child at ease. They love seeing him. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. That's just how good he is!!!

Dr. Chad and his staff are top notch and will go above and beyond to care for your teeth the right way. I have personally seen Dr. Chad stay after hours and work on off days to make sure customers are cared for correctly. There is no one else I would trust my dental needs to more than Smile Gallery!

I have trusted Dr. Chad Williams with all of my dental care needs for 11+ years. Dr. Williams is always professional, caring, kind, and sometimes witty. It is those qualities that helps me feel at ease with whatever dental procedure I may need done.
Dr. Williams recommends that I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and get ex-ray's of them yearly. I am very happy to say that I haven't had any cavities for several years, because I follow his advice with regular cleanings, brushing and flossing.
Dr. Chad Williams and his staff are fantastic! Smile Gallery is the BEST place to go for all your dental care! I highly recommend Smile Gallery for your entire family!
