Cedar Street Family Dentistry

Went to Cedar Street Family Dentistry for the first time a few weeks ago. Having let some things go because the pandemic limited the ability to see a dentist as a new patient. I was more than a little nervous. Upon entering the office you immediately see how nice this office is maintained. My first impression was if his waiting room is this clean and modern this is the type of person you want as a dentist. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave me an appointment within a week. Had my initial exam and Dr. Sentell went over a treatment plan very thoroughly. It was not rushed and detailed. Made an appointment to begin work a week later. Dr. Sentell is skilled and very good at making sure your comfortable. He really puts you at ease with his manner. Ciera finished up the work and she is very friendly and thorough as well. She is very skilled and makes sure your comfortable. The whole experience was as good as it gets for a dental visit. If your looking for a dentist they are currently accepting new patients. I highly recommend Dr. Sentell, Ciera Reagen and the whole Cedar Street staff.

My only issue with this lovely business is the tight parking. It may be difficult for those with large trucks or vans to navigate the smaller spaces in the back of the building. There are a couple of spaces in the front of the building for handicap accessible ramp. Otherwise an excellent experience overall! Just a Gorgeous office space! Renovated older home with fabulous design choices inside. Greeted with a smile at the front desk which is almost unheard of in this day and age. Genuine care and concern felt from everyone I had contact with. Very cordial and instructional hygienist. Ensured I knew step by step all she was doing and why. Dr Ben was genuinely interested in getting to know me, and my background. Modern X-ray and intra-oral camera and they shared the pictures with me, reviewed them, and set up a treatment plan. I made an appointment for my son and husband on the way out. Very pleased overall.

I was referred to Cedar Family dentist by a family friend. I knew if he was raving about the staff and doc, it had to be quality service. I was not disappointed. The ladies at the front desk when I made the appointment were super helpful. My first meeting with the staff and dentist was all he said it would be. I can not stress enough the quality of service and professional care. I am totally satisfied with the service provided and will refer anyone looking for a new dentist to Cedar Family dentist.

Dr. Sentell, Chelsea, and the entire staff at Cedar Street are absolutely wonderful! From their prompt rescheduling of appointments, educational and thoughtful consultations, I 100% feel welcomed here. I encourage anyone who is anxious of the dentist to head over - they’ll make you feel very comfortable!

Love Cedar Street Family Dentistry. I've had great experience. I suffer from anxiety when I have to go to the dentist. But they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went in for a filling and a crown.

Very polite hygienist who took the time to review everything and explain what she was doing. Dentist was personable and did the same. I liked that they took so many pictures of my teeth and showed them to me which helped me understand what they were talking about.

Honestly the best dentist I've been to! The staff was warm, friendly and showed attention to detail. The rooms were clean and the moveable TV was a nice bonus. Extremely pleased with Cedar Street Family Dentistry.

I have always had very good experiences here. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and very professional. Katherine has been my dental hygienist and always does an exceptional job ensuring I am comfortable and receive a thorough cleaning. Dr. Sentell does a very thorough job explaining all procedures and recommendations. I have had several cavities filled with no issues during the procedures and very minimal discomfort afterwards (without any pain medication needed). I had severe TMJ pain in the last year which I mentioned at my regular cleaning appointment. Since he has additional specialized training in neuromuscular dentistry:TMJ/TMD disorders, he was able to create an orthotic device (like a special mouth guard) that better aligns my bite. This helps relax the jaw muscles and greatly reduces the pain-especially if I wear it just before eating. I am very happy this practice is here in Maryville so close to my home and would recommend their services to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Great experience: nice friendly staff, professional, thorough and patient. Dr. Sentell was terrific, explained exactly what I need and suggested how we will work together to accomplish it.

It’s always a wonderful experience when you visit Cedar Street for your dental needs. Dr. Ben and his staff are simply outstanding in every way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
