House Mountain Dentistry

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have high anxiety and i need no anxiety medication when i come here. My 3 boys and i have been going here going on 6 years. I like John Osborn best but his son Andrew does a great job as well. I hope they stay forever! i have gotten my whole poor poverty mouth done at his office. It is never a stressful appointment and that is a lot to say from someone with severe anxiety especially around doctors and dentist.

After 23 years of being a patient of Dr. Osborn, I felt it was time to make a recommendation to anyone in the Union, Claiborne, & N. Knox county area who may be looking for a very fine Dentist and staff for your dental needs. Dr. Osborn, as well as his son, who is now in practice, along with his professional staff are the BEST! They are friendly, courteous, and professional. I have the the deepest confidence in them. My hygienist, Debbie, has always shown such care for any concerns and has always gone the extra mile in explaining any questions I might have, as well as Dr. Osborn. In each situation, where I have had work done, ALL the staff have been great and this includes the office staff. Thank you, Dr. Osborn & Staff.

Horrible people. Charged over $400 for x-rays. Six month waiting period for insurance...and still let it go until I had them contact them...wasted a month!
Made me travel over an hour to this office and we're NOT even prepared for gas as they knew I needed it for needles. Then dismissed ME as a patient! Your 2 offices do NOT have business together! There is more to this as well.

I simply called to reschedule an appointment and the lady was extremely rude. When I explained that they called my mom to make the appointment( I’m 21) she got hateful which I didn’t appreciate and asked her not to speak that way to me she hung up on me. Her name was charity. Dr Osborne himself is great but due to that incident I will not be back.

Dr. Osborne and his entire staff are great. They answered all of my questions and only did what was necessary. My kids haven’t had any complaints either, which is a huge deal. I recommend him to everyone I know.

I had the best experience at this office. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I didn't have insurance and they worked with me to make my need affordable. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I have been going to this dentist for 36+ years!! Debbie is the only hygienist that I would ever let touch me as a child because I was traumatized at age 2 by another dentist!! She has been a God sent in my life by getting me over that horrific experience and making me feel comfortable in the dental chair. My son is 15 and she is the only hygienist that has ever worked on him... and that ever will in his words!!! When I tell him it’s time to go to the dentist he always says “Mom you know if Debbie can’t work on me then I’m not going!!” She has always been there when he has had to have any work done even though she didn’t have to!!! Thanks Debbie for being such a blessing to me and my family!!!

I had the first part of a root canal without any pain meds. Then, they asked me to pay $1600 up front. I went to a different dentist. Don't go there.

Very caring staff! I drive an hour away just so my children can go there. Best doctor and staff I have encountered in a very long time.
