Do not go to this unprofessional woman. My mother got a tooth pulled and some of her tooth was left in her gums. She scraped the sides of her mouth to where she has open sores and my mom is diabetic. She has been calling the office for 4 days and this doctor has not returned her call. She can feel the tooth sticking out of her gums and her jaw hurts. How unprofessional can you be to neglect your patients and give horrible service. I told my mom that she should have let me check her out and if I knew she had the rating and review that I just saw I would have warned my mom not to go see this lady. If she does not contact her back I will be reporting her and will consult an attorney to see if she can sue for pain, suffering and neglect.

I have been going here for years and I love the new location but it hasn’t been the same since Ms. Esther retired 😢 that woman could clean some teeth! These new young folks seem like they’re just there and it’s just a job. My teeth didn’t feel as clean on my last visit and the guy left a piece of floss in between my teeth but what concerns me is that Dr. Brown acted like she didn’t see when she goes behind the techs when they are done. 🤔

Went for crowns & after several visits, which was unusual for what she was doing, I left with messed up teeth. I’m finally consulting with another dentist to see if the mess she made can be straightened out. When I told her something was not quite right she said some words & walked away. Needless to say I was referred by someone & I think I made a poor decision.
