My experience on July 13, 2021, was most rewarding. The young lady who serviced me was very professional and performed an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She asked me continuously during my procedure, "Are you okay?" and I murmured, uh-huh, meaning yes. After being thoroughly checked again by a female lead dentist, I was ready to go. I am very pleased with Dove Dentistry and will certainly go back again for cleanings and other dental needs. Keep up the good work in the surrounding Raleigh area.

The staff was so friendly! Dr. Dove is very easy to talk to and my hygenist, I believe her name was Lilliana, was excellent. She talked me through each step explaining what and why everything was being done. Her instructions were clear and I felt I was in very capable hands. I'd gone to a dentist who quoted me 4 times what I was quoted here. I felt great leaving.

Dr Dove is a very nice/knowledgeable dentist. Even the front desk staff are nice. My only issue is the hoarding of patients. My daughter's appointment was at 9:30, we sat outside until I called them at 10:30 asking when will she be seen. I had to fill out a second portion of a form, that wasn't given to me when I filled out part 1. Then, they took my payment and my daughter went in the back at 10:50! Last time she said she went in the back and waited back there when I thought they started on her. We moved to Bartlett a year ago and we are not use to waiting so long for an appointment that was set! I do have to return to work!

Years later, still traumatized
Joseph Dove performed a torturous root canal on me years ago, and I'm still scarred. I was young, alone, and too trusting. I had received work from him previously, so I went along with his "professional" recommendation that I have a root canal done. (I realize I was taken advantage of for my good insurance)
When the day came around, I was in extreme pain and was expecting Dove to offer relief. I did not know I was in for torture.
I received a numbing shot, but it did not take. I informed Joseph. He gave me 2 more, which didn't do much. I informed him of that as well.
That did not deter him, instead he decided to rush the root canal. I HAVE NEVER FELT PAIN LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE! It was so bad that his assistant was holding my hand and wiping tears from my eyes as I cried. I got out of that chair feeling like a victim instead of a patient.
I found out from someone I shared my story with that my tooth was infected, and I needed antibiotics. The procedure should have been rescheduled. That's what her dentist had done for her. Joseph should've known even if I didn't. He should've had a malpractice suit on his hands, but I was alone and ignorant to my options. Now all I want to do is share my story. Find another dentist,people.
Joseph, if you see this, I want you to know you scarred me. I'm sure your commercials and radio ads have brought you business, but they have brought me flashbacks. I hope you haven't done anyone else the way you did me.
