The service provided is phenomenal, however the wait time is perturbing. I've experienced wait times over 2 hours. That's totally unacceptable, it appears scheduling too many patients in the same time slot. Once you make it to the back, it's an amazing experience. Very great work performed....

I have been going there for a while now. Everytime I visit the clinic, I am very satisfied with the service provided. Everyone in the clinic is nice and very professional. My most recent visit was awesome. Dr. Dove took great care of me!! Everyone needs a great dentist and I highly recommend Dove Dentistry to anyone!!! 😄😉

I like going to Dove dentist. The only problem I have is they constantly email, call, & text you about your appointment but when you get there the wait time is extremely long. I was only getting a routine cleaning and it took them a WHOLE hour before I was seen. I know businesses are short handed but that is ridiculous especially when the check-in receptionist forgets you checked in & ask if you have an appointment AGAIN!!!

i feel in love with this office my first phone call. they were always polite and always attentive. i have never had an issue with scheduling and unscheduling an appointment. they are very busy but that is normal especially if you are a great dentist. but in the mean time of waiting they check on you and keep you posted. their is also a fire stick in the room to enjoying quality movies on tv. very entertained and happy were i spent my money. which was affordable and he sets up payment plans for out of budget clients

Dr Dove and his staff are AMAZING !! Everyone made me feel welcomed and comforted me in preparation for my extraction. Dr Dove performed the extraction in under 5 minutes. Two thumbs up !! Best practice in Memphis.

I really do appreciate Dr.Dove. He really do care about your smile. I came in ready extract a tooth from the front because i got tired of the pain and didnt have insurance. Im glad he gave my smile a second chance. I left the office feeling like a new woman and with new insurance. So THANK U SO MUCH DR.DOVE AGAIN UR THE BEST

I liked the staff. But one of the assistants didnt get the concept of suck the water out. Water wound up all over my hair and down my shirt.
Having issues with not getting seen in a timely manner. My appt was at 11:30 and its 1 now but haven't even left the waiting room.. this is not the 1st time I've had this problem. If it doesn't get better I will find another dentist.

I had a broken molar and the pain was intense. I haven't been to the dentist since the 90's. I didn't have an appointment I walked in and they got to me within 30 minutes. The tech that cleaned my teeth was so professional and patient with me. I am the type of freaks out when I have to lay on my back for extended period of time. She took her time and was reassuring to me. Dr. Dove was outstanding he engaged me in conversation and made me feel at ease. He thanked me for coming to him which is unusual for someone in the medical profession. So from hence forth they will be my dentists.
