Love love love...my experience was absolutely amazing!!!...the staff was kind, friendly,and very professional. The ambience of the office stood out to me the most. And Dr.Doug was very professional and made my daughter and i feel like family...id definitely go there again as well as tell my friends and family about Dove's Family Dentistry...afterall, they treat u like you're apart of the family.

This was my first visit to Dr. Dove's office, and it was the best experience I've ever had in a dental office period! I'm 29 weeks pregnant and had a dental emergency. They took me as a walk-in and they took care of me like I was family. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Dove and his staff for all of my dental needs from now on!

The Dove Family Denistry is a great place to to go and get your teeth worked on for any procedures. It's clean and comfortable with great space for social distance 😌. The staff and Mr. Dove are so friendly and very friendly with the patients. If you are scared they will take time to make sure you are comfortable and your nerves. My appt was at 10:45am it's 12:20pm and I'm still waiting it's frustrating saying they holding for insurance.it should be a way they get thru quicker than we do. I'm about to get up n walk out n make another appt to a different dove family dentistry.

I have been a long time patient at Dr Dove's Covington Pike location. My husband and my 2 children are also patients. We have spent very good money here in addition to referring family and friends in the past. Each visit has gotten worse and worse. The lack of customer service and over scheduling is at an all time high. No one should come into a dentist office and wait in the lobby 2-3 hours on service that you have an appointment for. Over the years the office has had many physical upgrades and the office looks nice, but the logistics of the appointments need to be addressed immediately. I love Dr Dove personally. He is a very well educated and knowledgeable African American dentist, that's the only thing that has kept me around this far as a patient. But after today's visit I have seriously considered taking my business elsewhere.

Good place for teeth cleaning but I wouldnt get anything else done here. When I came in to talk about teeth straightners they told me I had to get rid of my cavities first because I had "12". I came in for my left side to get done and my left side was in pain for a whole week because the filling was not complete or "weared off" as they said. So I would have to get it refilled. But I could not wait for another appointment, I was in a lot of pain. I went to Wohrmans dentist and he told me I dont even have any cavities. So as I seen in the reviews this place is very money hungry. Being a student as is, I don't make a lot. I had to get that tooth pulled out and I feel a lot better.
There are long wait times here too, never enough seats, people standing up.
I believe Dove can be better but I think there needs to be changes when it comes to saying I have gum disease when a second opinion dentist shows me that I don't, making money off of healthy teeth. Now my teeth are not the same anymore.

Worse dental experience I ever had in my life. I was set to get fillings on my top and bottom left. They come back and say they can only do the top left because of tmj then they changed it to them being too busy. The black doctor who numbed me was rude and lied and I said I didn’t want to continue treatment. This place is horrible. They overbook because they are greedy and only care about money and not the patients. They give this nice act as first that they are doing something for the community to get you in the door then once you are in the door you are just another number cause all they want is that insurance.
