I was told that my daughter needed work done on her mouth ASAP. Been calling almost 2 weeks to schedule and appt, left vmails and all. So after I told the "LITTLE GIRL" that answered the phone that it was ok and I'd take my daughter elsewhere because they're VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, she hung up in my face! Only if I didn't have anything to lose like, "MY DENTAL LICENSE!" LOL..whomever is working front desk this day 1/11/23 needs to be fired!!

Dr Payne is very rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was very nice. I really appreciated their patience. I will never take my children there again!

Please don’t take your children there. They have a dozens of kids in the back just waiting to get their teeth cleaned. The employees get commission for every child they bring in like a competition or something. One Popped Up at my house trying to take my kids to get their teeth cleaned. I’ve always taken them myself so I was so confused. They don’t do any dental work just want to do cleanings and refer you somewhere else for anything else even small things (fillings e.g).
Use to be nice years ago now everyone is rude and unprofessional. I’m grown and I don’t need to be talked to like child or asked stupid questions Ms. Payne. Can anyone refer me to a new dentist?

Rude unprofessional non caring individuals waited 3 hours to get refused service because I stated I want be back I couldn't sit with my child while he received service. The Dr told her boss Dr Coleman that she was refusing to see me because I was irate!! I just wanted to sit with my son. She blamed covid 19 but we are in the same household and I'm his mother!! I will not recommend a dog to this place!

I love this dentist office periodt!! We use to go when we are kids!! Best peanut butter sandwiches in the word! They gave me and my brother coats every year. Mane we were poor but had the best teeth in Memphis 4sho! I remember Ms. Sherita coming to gets us ..lol every 6 months...she even came to my church when we got baptised..lol. They are the real deal....last story 4real when I got into TSU..one of the dentist drove me and my mother to campus and set my room up...they paid stuff 4 me! Thank Firestone Dental Group I will NEVER you all...u inspired me to give back and to serve others. Nobody is perfect but you all are fighting a good fight for us no doubt!!

I lovethis dentist they have been good to my children....I especially iallylove Dr Atkins she is the best dentist ever..I would recommend her to anyone..if u need a good dentist and want the work done right ..go to firestone and ask for Dr atkins... .and if the work is not done right..call and let her know and she will fix the problem...

This place should be closed. Very unprofessional,slow, and unorganized. They don’t keep up with appointments, don’t know who you are, and don’t answer the phone. This was the worst experience in my life.
