Since I see that New Image responds to reviews, hopefully this establishment will respond to my review. I have called several times about a refund for a procedure that never took place. Each time I was told someone would return my call but no one has ever called. The last time I called the receptionist kept giving the same robotic answer that my message would be forwarded but he could not tell me to who and when my call would be returned. It is definitely bad business and service to take money for a procedure that never took place and I wonder if this is an ongoing issue.. I would not refer this dentist to anyone. #waitingformyrefund.

I love New Image Family Dentistry, They make you feel welcomed, and comfortable, which is what you look for with someone whose working on your mouth. Dr. Lyons and her staff are Amazing and I can not wait til I am able to get go back and get my work completed. Did I mention how Amazing they are!!!!!!

Appointment was at 3:00 pm and it’s a little after 5:00 pm and I’m just sitting and waiting to be seen. I’ll probably leave before being seen because I have to pick my child up from daycare before 6:00 pm so hey wish I had a better report. Everyone was friendly tho.

Well when I entered I wasn’t greeted at all, proceeded to speak to the two ladies at the front desk, neither of them spoke back(maybe they didn’t hear me idk) front area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned nor vacuumed in months.. got to the back and it was even worse!! Like I’ve never been to a dentist that looks like this one or that’s ran like this one.. a mess!!what a waste of my time!!!

I was there to get two teeth extracted. One of the dentist, I don’t know his name, he was a older guy, who ever he was he was on it, I felt not pain when he extracted the tooth, and the process was quick. I was out of that dentist office and no time, and another thing, it feels like family there.
