This was the friendliest dental staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The ladies at front desk went out of their way to make sure my insurance was correct. Sandy the hygienist gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had and explained everything! Dr. Gaither was so through with my exam and was able to find the source of an ongoing problem! This was the kindest most professional dental office I’ve experienced! I’ll be taking my entire family to Quailhollow Family Dentist!

I'm very thankful to have all the staff at Quail Hollow. They genuinely care about you and your personal needs. I had questions and they were answered by Anna. I asked for advice and she was informed about my dental questions. I enjoy seeing all my friends at this office. They go the extra mile to help you in every way I have been a patient for more than 30 years. I have only the highest praise for this team.

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional.Very welcoming and friendly... Dr. Mark was knowledgeable and very informative he provided a excellent service . The entire office was very clean and up-to-date with equipment, and it has such a pleasant environment. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly....

Excellent service. It had been a significant amount of time since my last dental appointment and the staff excelled at making me feel at ease. Quick in and out with no waiting in between x-rays, cleaning, etc.

I was on vacation in Dallas when a filling on a molar tooth I had done back home in Australia had fractured/shifted and therefore I was in an immense amount of pain. The morning I was scheduled to leave Dallas for Memphis I called Quail Hollow Family Dentistry to book an appointment and the lovely receptionist booked me in straight away. When I arrived at the clinic I immediately felt welcomed and everyone was so friendly. I was speaking to Tara (dental assistant) whilst waiting for Dr Mark and she was so lovely which settled my nerves being at a new dentist clinic. Dr Mark was fantastic and told me what the issue was with my tooth and a solution and made sure I was comfortable - he was telling me step by step what he was about to do when he was replacing my filling. I cant thank the dental clinic enough, you guys are absolutely fantastic and without a doubt saved my vacation. Thank you thank you thank you!

Dr. Mark and Tara are amazing human beings. No one likes going to the dentist. People like them make it easier with each visit. The staff is friendly. Ms. Kathy works the front desk and greets me by name every time. Ms. Amy is also at the front desk with a warm smile. It's little things like this that matters most and raises the bar for me. I have found my dental home and I am here to stay. Thank you all for being kind and going beyond to make each guest feel welcome. You just can't find that anywhere, but I found it here. ❤

First time for me at this recommended dentistry place. Prompt service upon my arrival, super friendly and courteous receptionists, and even fantastic dental hygienist (Tara) and dentist (Dr. Mark). They listened to my dental concerns, and they took care of my dental needs right there. Now that’s an exceptional service. Never had that in any of my previous dental offices.

I’m so grateful for Quail Hollow! From the friendly staff to Dr. Gaither and Dr. Mark’s knowledgeable and personable approach to the fabulous and thorough hygienists (thank you Sarah), I couldn’t be more pleased!
