Paid over 3000 for an implant and it has been hell trying to get them to complete their work. Extra never talked about charges…. No clear Communication what so ever. I’ve been left with a tooth that is hurting, shaved down to the silver screw and stress. There’s more but I’m getting stressed just thinking about it. I would NEVER recommend them for implants. NEVER!!!

All the staff were very friendly and professional. Erica, the hygienist, did an excellent job and Dr. Jess and her assistant were so attentive to me during procedure to fix cavities. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Millington, TN!

I seriously detest the dentist. I did when I was a small child because my dentist was an old brute. He didn't care when he was hurting you and the dentist became my very least-loved place to visit because of him. As I grew older, I had a pretty smile, but I still hated the dentist. Today, between hating that first dentist experience so much and not going to the dentist regularly when I had benefits, I'm suffering. My teeth have grown old and weary and they are damaged beyond repair. I was assigned to Tracey and she treated me better than I could have ever anticipated. She was understanding even though she didn't hear what I just wrote about my early beginnings, she understood the fact that I had been without dental coverage for years. I used to love to brush my teeth even though I was never taught the proper way to do so. Thank God that we can teach our children not to make our same mistakes, right? Tracey was so understanding that she shared a personal dental-related story with me to ease my pain about my personal condition. I knew, but was not ready to hear what Dr. Alexander came with next. He was so comforting and smooth I didn't even feel the pain of his advice for a clean 15-minutes after he had left the room and I had been seated with another client in the "green room." This business came highly recommended to me by a minimum of three people and now I am highly recommending AspenDental to you. The best part about it is that all three recommendations came from different locations! Their equipment is state-of-the-art and their prices are comparable, in my estimation, to any regular dentist who is probably over-charging you just because s/he can. Again, this is a five-star location. It's clean and refreshing and has all the amenities one could hope for in such a normally (for me) unpleasant location. Kudos to the owners (and the employees) for all they do in the communities they serve.

Accepting patients and got me in quickly. Claimed my issue was beyond their capabilities and sent me packing. I had to call back and request antibiotics since the timeframe to see their referral was another week. So for three weeks, what started as what I believe was just a damaged filling, became infected, abscesses, then Aspen refused to help, referred me out, forgot most important two meds, steroid and antibiotic (never got steroid) and let me suffer horribly for another week. Great place for cleanings. Staff nice. Office is new. Kinda of a really great Diet Dentist or Dentist Lite? They will get better in time and we're in network so I will probably go back. Alternative in Munford more than a month out even for emergencies.

I hate to say it but Dr. Brown is a botch artist. She can never give the anesthetic correctly and causes more pain than necessary. I told her I wasn't numb and she tried to drill anyway. Then after she filled the cavities my bite was off AND my teeth were joined together so I couldn't floss. THEN on top of all that, the next day when I looked at the fillings every single one of them had holes and had to be REDONE! So after that nightmare dental work I had to go back and have it all done over again. DO NOT CONE HERE! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

After a horrible experience with affordable dentures on poplar. I went to aspen and so far I’ve been treated amazing and they were so much most attentive to my needs . And the staff was so nice and listened to me and took a lot more time with me on the first visit than the other place did thru the entire ordeal. Still have a couple more appointments but as of now I’m very happy with them .

Awesome folks. They were very nice and addressed my concerns about what I need done. Pleasant atmosphere and very professional. Wish more dentist could learn from them. They will be my only dentist now.

Nice from the time I enter the building until my procedure they are great peoples with great service first visit I give it a (10)
