Everything was clean however, several things that occurred during a visit for a general "cleaning" was a bad experience. Needless to say, I never got my teeth cleaned that day-just lots of expensive ex-rays and scans that were unnecessary. Learning the operations of "corporate" denistry and not appropriate for me.

Save YOURSELF!!! So unprofessional and somehow they left part of my friends tooth after extracting 4. We could not get through to reach them for help for 2 days. No one answered the phone!!! A complete mess!!

I wish I remembered names... i dont like going to the dentist, but everyone was so nice and friendly the whole time. The Hygentist was kind but also let me know what I need to do and what I've been slacking on. The Dentist, an Army major did the same. Good people. Its worth going to even if you dont like dentist offices. Was as pleasent of an experience as possible for tooth work.

I made an appointment to get a crown today. I thought I was very clear when I made the appointment. I began to get a sinking feeling when they started by getting an X-ray of the wrong tooth. Then they X-rayed all my teeth. I think I had more X-rays than I have teeth. Then a 3D scan of my whole mouth. I didn't even spring for the 3D ultrasound when I was pregnant! But there it was, my mouth in 3D. Then what my mouth would look like if I got Invisalign, in 3D. 2 hours later I finally accepted that I was not getting any actual work done on my tooth today. I did get a pitch for treatment of gingivitis, a Sonicare tooth brush, and braces. Y'all, how do you agree to someone working on your teeth after they try to upsell so hard?! Where is the trust? Then they said I could get my crown after they did all this other garbage, if I pay in advance? My endodontist was very clear that I needed this crown right away, and Aspen offers the crown my insurance covers, but I'd sooner get it done without insurance than deal with the slimy sales pitches.

A good experience, only negative is the long wait. I know it can't be helped with various dental emergencies and so forth. The staff are very polite and professional. Thank you.

The staff at the Millington office are very pleasant and professional. Dr. Byrd, Javier, Peyton, and Tiffany did a great job explaining procedures and making my wife at ease and comfortable. Thanks!

I went in for an emergency and all of a sudden I have periodontitis, where I have never had gum issues in my life. I will be seeking a second opinion before paying for a procedure I am not sure I really need. My gums are not receding, they do not bleed when I brush, and I have no visible plaque anywhere. I floss not everyday, but a few times a week. I am afraid they are trying to take my money.

2nd opinion update:

Got my broken filling fixed today, NO CROWN NEEDED. Saved $500 so far. Next appointment in 2 weeks will update again. Please do not use them. They will take every penny you have.

3rd opinion. I have 3, count them only 3 pockets that need descaling, not my entire mouth. That will be treated by a routine cleaning and help at home. I do not have periodontitis and never did. It is a scam to get your money and your insurance money. Overall cost $180, my cost $40.

Aspen Dental quoted me $1600 for a crown, descaling my entire mouth, and an electric toothbrush I already own. My final cost at a local dentist out of pocket, $90. I need to file a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous. I am so glad I did not agree to any of their recommendations. Do not take their word for it, please seek a second opinion. And to the person from Aspen Dental commenting, if you really cared, you would have reached out to me, not commenting on this post.
