As a new patient this was my first visit. The staff was. very friendly and efficient. The office was clean and very well maintained with a relaxed atmosphere. I met several people that were able to make my visit stress free while performing the various tests I needed. I would to thank Dr Alexander for a thorough discussion about my issues and the plan for treatment. I feel he will finally solve many of the problems I have had for a while. The OM Dora Hobbs explained many options to get my treatment started and set a plan going forward. I am thankful for the entire staff.

Wow I wish I could give more stars! This is The best dentist office I have ever been to! The entire staff was so nice and welcoming, that I felt at home. They are patient and very understanding . I really enjoyed my visit, and I am so happy that I was referred to this office ! They made payment plans that worked for me so I won’t break the bank, along with my insurance company covering most. Next visit I will have my aligners! this is the BEST decision I have made. Look no further, this is the place. I will recommend this place to all of my friends .

dr. Alexander was awesome!! im terrified of dentists and he was very cool and polite and made sure my extraction’s went smoothly. Had my two wisdom teeth out in a matter of 5 mins!!

I'm always hesitant when I go to the dentist, which is why my oral healthcare is lacking. Just brushing, flossing and rinsing is sometimes not enough. You need to take care of issues that are associated with age and bad eating habits. That's where Aspen Dental helps. They have "state of the art" equipment that allows you to see in real time and in color what state of health your teeth are in. The staff at my location was very understanding, helpful and reassuring. I didn't hear any yelling or scary drilling sounds from other rooms which was rather calming. The dentist got me taking care of and I was on my out the door. Now before I left I did pay for the services which were reasonable priced and they have other options to pay as well....just see the front desk and they'll assist you. So in all I am healing fine, my understanding of my oral health is better and my pockets aren't crying for help. Thanks Aspen Dental!

Incredibly unprofessional. I bout immediate dentures and came in several times to have them adjusted. They never worked. Of course they never had recorded I came in for those adjusting.
Basically tried to force me to buy the permanent pair for another 1500. Like, if this first pair NEVER worked, why would I give them another 1500?!
Sent me to the wrong location and rescheduled me over 4 different times!
Refused to fix the rest of my mouth and help with other issues until I bought and settled my denture issue with them.
I now have more issues with my mouth and they didn’t help at all except to remove my teeth. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING BEYOND ROUTINE WORK.
This has been ongoing for right at a year.
They also tried to charge me for a full cleaning after I gave them my insurance 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!!!

This place was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I was embarrassed at the condition of my teeth goin in, but they was not judgmental or rude. Very detailed in what the plan was and the steps that we would be taking. I’m feeling very confident this is the perfect place. Dr, Alexander was very detailed in his plan, Amanda the manager was amazing as what the two ladies that took me in and did my impressions( I can’t remember their names I’m sorry) but they was both sweet. Thank you for making this a great experience for me.

I scheduled an appointment only to have someone call me 1 hr before my appointment to tell me I was booked on top of someone else & they couldn’t see me. Wow!!!! I won’t recommend anyone to come here. Seem to discriminate if you ask me. If they scheduled me then why remove me?

Everyone in the office was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I walked in for an emergency and they took care of it right away. I would recommend this facility for any of your dental needs.
