I came in as a new customer and a walk-in hoping to get seen a day before my appointment. I needed immediate services my tooth was cracked and a huge abscess formed. My jaw was swollen and i was in pain. I really appreciate them fitting me in. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The process was simple and quick after you get you x-ray they go over the treatment plan for you and your payment options and the prices was reasonable. I decided to get two teeth pulled because i knew i would be back probably next week so i decided to just get it out the way and Mr Alexander made sure i wasn't in pain and extracted the cracked tooth so fast i didn't know it was out and drained my abscess and quickly took the other tooth out and i was good to go. They called my prescription in at the pharmacy i go to and when i got there it was ready. Overall great services and i would highly recommend and this is coming from a person that dont like the dentist and nevered found a dentist i like until now

After almost a year, I wish I'd never gone to Aspen. Worst dentures I've EVER had. You have to carry toothbrush or toothpick around to remove food particles from them. Doesn't matter what you eat, its going to get trapped. What a pain!!!!!! Lower denture only stays glued in around 30 minutes. It was made to shallow. Hurts half the time. I won't go back EVER!!!!!

Finally, they have a dental assistant there that knows what they are doing. Haley is very kind and knowledgeable in her job. Not too thrilled with doctor Alexander because he seems rushed all the time and not really taking the time to properly fix my dentures, Due to the help of the Germantown clinic doctor and Haley, my bottom denture is comfortable now. Now I need a couple of adjustments to my top denture.

Dr. Alexander and his staff have been amazing. Anytime I have had a problem with my aligners they have quickly taken care of it. During this time everyone is short staffed and overwhelmed and I really thank them for the patience and care.
