I was a new patient my experience there was magnificent The Dentist and his entire staff was professional, pleasant, helpful, caring and polite. I will recommend my family and friends to Aspen Dental. Kudos to the entire staff thank all of you for a wonderful day at the Dentist. I really have nothing bad to say about the workers or any of the staff. I have alot to say about getting in touch with a live person. Ive called today during "regular business hours" more than 20 times. No answer. Only a recording saying leave a message which once again I didn't receive a call back. Horrible customer assitance. The Dyersburg facility Outstanding!! Called a had a live person within 4 rings. But Dyersburg can't help because my original was with Millington. Nothing can be done until I get in contact from someone in that facility. Had another staff member call as well and no answer. 😠

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst experience at a dental practice in my life. It has the upsell mentality of a mechanic. They are listed as an emergency dentist online but weren’t equipped to do anything past normal dentistry. The doors were locked when I showed up 15 minutes early for my 2pm appointment as the confirmation email requested. The girl who took my X-rays was rude and rough. The dentist barely even looked at my X-rays or tooth before trying to convince me to spend around 3 grand. I will never ever be back. I’m so glad my regular dentist managed to squeeze me in!!
Update: They also billed my insurance for the whitening kit I paid for myself and took home.

Welcome to the McDonalds of dentistry, where there goal is to yank teeth an slap dentures in, or have you spend 1200 a piece on implants. I heard how bad they were but since financing was offered figured I'd give it a go. I'd of been better of going out the shop an just grabbing pliers an asking my 3 yr old if I was doing it righ

My experience at Aspen Dental in Millington is absolutely amazing doctor Carter and dr. Alexandra was wonderful the dental assistant Tiffany help me calm and they were very patient took their time with me.

This was my first time visiting Aspen Dental and It was great everyone was nice, it was so organized and clean and I got x rays and it was comfortable even though my tooth had me in pain the care that I got was great. I loved the way everyone talked to me they had great attitudes.

For my first visit is was a great experience. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the Doctor. Great staff looking forward to going back Tuesday to get my tooth extracted couldn’t do it Friday because I was entirely too swollen well still am. I am going on 7 months pregnant and they made me feel very very good, looking forward to getting the work I need and find out what other work I need done. -Wendy

Let’s just say I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have the right insurance information, so that was frustrating.. also when it comes to needles or the dentist I get a little 😢😭
The moment I walked in *SHAUNA* greeted me and answered all my questions, the front desk rep also made sure to get all my health background info and gave me any additional info I may have asked for.. To *TIFFANY* the nurse who allowed me to hold her hand the whole time while in the chair 🥺 🗣 “THANK YOU” 🙏🏾♥️ and finally Dr. ALEXANDER you did exactly what you said you would! 👏🏾👏🏾 Thank youuuuu❗️
