If it could give no stars, that is exactly what I would have given them. I went to this location and could not get work done. After they had already charged me a $19 admin fee. They told me I would get my tooth pulled when getting there. My appointment was for 1:45, and I got there rather early to make sure I had time to fill out paperwork. After getting done with paperwork they did xrays and then told me to come make my payment. The price they gave me over the phone had shot up to an extra $200. Also they wanted me to pay that day, but had explained to me they would not pull my tooth until the next day. I was very disappointed. I had to call into work after leaving because the pain was unbearable.

The staff at Aspen dental in Millington Have been nothing but professional, courteous, kind and, have provided an all-around great experience. I have had two teeth extracted from this office. Both where painless very quick I would recommend this aspen dental office to anyone.

I’m totally satisfied and grateful for Aspen Dental the entire staff was wonderful everyone was very caring concerned and uplifting. Dr. Alexander was very understanding financially and medically he made sure that I was comfortable and understood every procedure that got done. Mrs. Tracey was totally awesome she made me feel even more comfortable she made sure that she or no one else put me in no more pain than what I already came in with she is such a lovely sweet genuine woman. Dr. Bird actually pulled my tooth when I say she is great in what she does I mean just that it’s like everyone there is just one big happy dental family with open arms this was the best dentist experience that I have ever had.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😍😍😇😇😇🥇🥇🥇

Aspen Dental's Millington office is like no other office I've ever been to. They work together like a well oiled machine. They are all so very kind and helpful, always happy and encouraging. I felt like they were my friends. I never had to wait long to be seen. I also liked the emails they sent, including the day of my appointments helping me not to forget. Their prices were great and they took so much time with me, checking all along the way to be sure I was happy with their work. If I did have any questions or concerns they quickly and positively responded. I would definitely recommend them.
*Update... I broke my bottom denture and I freaked out. But, I soon found out it was for no reason. They were, as always, kind, helpful, and very efficient. They not only repaired my denture (with no visable lines) but they also relined them. They take pride in their work and I take pride in them! Thanks Aspen Dental!!

The entire staff and customer service they provided were first class! I was having troubles with getting a proper fit of a night guard to prevent grinding of my teeth. I went to Aspen Dental and Ruby Manuel and Dr. Alexander's consultation and work was amazing!! My night guard fit PERFECTLY! I was extremely satisfied with the service and product and highly recommend Aspen Dental-especially this location. Thank you!

My visit today was Awesome..From beginning to end..No waiting long. Escorted to my assign area with someone whom was informal..professional..friendly..moved at my pace..arears for your personal things..give YOU the choice of how.what..you want your denatures ..by showing you a brief movie..The Doctor listen ..explained..answered my questions..VERY. Professional..gave me the goods n bads anout denatures. Friendly..didnt wait long for him..gave me an option..how to pay for mydentures..was patient with me..made me feel at home...i TOTALLY give Aspen Dental a THUMBS UP. I love this place. So clean the receptionist is always sweet. They explain everything to you and ask if you have any questions. The doctors are amazing. After getting two fillings I didn’t have any pain the next day.AMAZING WORK Aspen Dental
