Aspen Dental

this was my first time at office. All i can say it is the best customer service office i have ever been in , here in Tennessee. i was greeted by the dental asst. Lashaunda B. who is so super nice. she acts like you are the only person there. Very customer friendly! The Hygienist, Karan was also super nice and great customer friendly. She was very good at her job. Just like Lashaunda. My dentist who did not look old enough to be a dentist, was amazing also. There was a young man who assisted her and i did not get his name, who went to the same customer service class. My dentist was Dr. Bird, she did a great job at putting me to ease.Even thou the front desk was extremely busy, they made you feel at ease and also had great customer service!!! I also was with the office manger and her name was Shannon Malenky, who worked very hard at her job to make my visit great. Not sure who trained all these people, but they did an excellent job with customer service during this horrible time . I will diffidently go back and not scared at all. thank you all Rita C

Worst Dentist office ever. Please don't go if you do not want to be in sever pain. My mom was in terrible pain and went to have a tooth removed. They told her 15 people were waiting for that chair barley put numbing in and started yanking at it and when she started crying the dentist looked at her and said "you know it doesn't just fall out" after yanking the tooth out he did a karate move and shouted this is his favorite part. By this time my mom is sobbing in pain and he said to grab her purse and walked her outside with no paper work or post op instructions. We she said she is prone to dry socket he just said well then just come back.

i am very dissatisfied about how i was treated at Aspen Dental in Millington.
once we decided a plan and i paid, it too me 3 hours to get out of there at that time, with the staff explaining that they had other people to attend to. the next day was an hour of setting in a chair for 10 min worth of work. then i ask if i could get someone to adjust a couple of points on my denture so i could wear them, and was told i had to wait until my appt more that a week later. I asked about some more pain meds and was told no, even though i am still hurting. i am very dis appointed in this whole situation and will not refer this to anyone.

Where do I start? The staff were very friendly. That’s the positive. I went in for a broke tooth and I left with a broke tooth. I had pain going in and I had going out. My tooth didn’t get extracted nor was an appointment made for it to be taken care of. I called back same day and the next day to get booked for an extraction. Voicemails were left but no return call. Office manager said my BlueCross BlueShield Dental Blue customer service didn’t open until 11:15am that day. I never heard that before ever. They tried to get me to finance Invisalign and dental implant to replace the tooth they never took out. Big office but not the kind of service I expected. I’d schedule elsewhere before returning to that establishment. They took plenty of shots of my mouth though. Thanks for nothing. I do not recommend this service location at all.

My first time there, I was a walk in. Tooth extraction, was there about 2 hours total. I was totally satisfied, as much as one can be for dental work. Would highly recommend.

They are the best! Walked in and explained my issues and they immediately tackled the severe dental problems I had then gave me a next day appointment to continue to give me the perfect smile! Thank you guys so much!

I am unusually frightened of the dentist...but I actually felt quite comfortable at this location. I will be back & continue patronizing this business. From the receptionist to my x-ray tech Mikayla, to the assistant Danielle, Dr. Alexander, the hygienist, to the office mgr....everyone was very kind...& they fit me in as a walk-in with an emergency. My options were explained clearly & concise.

Lashaunda Bonds was really nice to me ! She made me feel absolutely relaxed ! And the 3rd time I came , I received the same treatment every time !! She should get a raise ! 👍🏽 Lol .. And I love Aspen dental only because of her . She’s great ! Her appearance is extraordinary and she presents herself in a very professional manner ! She’s awesome!!

I had such a good experience with Aspen Dental! My initial visit was a breeze and everyone in the office was SO friendly and helpful! They really take care of you and take time to make sure you understand everything rather than just rushing you out! Also, I didn't know much about Invisalign before asking about it at my initial visit with them and they gave me so much information. With that being said, I decided to start my Invisalign journey with them! I was told that they will be taking pictures throughout the process and at the end they will give me a video of the transformation of my teeth, so I thought that was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a clean, friendly, professional dentist office!

I have mixed feelings about the Millington location. My husband had work done here and loves them. But they sent him home with antibiotics that he is highly allergic to (he let them know he was allergic in his paperwork). The after hours number they gave him, does not answer for the Millington location. Spent a long time on the phone trying to get help. Had to finally call to make an appointment to be able to get a new medicine called in. We let them know how we were going to pay, they decided to charge everything to a credit card. Several days to get that straightened out. Good work, bad business practices.
Went to have work done for myself. Staff is super nice and friendly. I am having so much trouble with actually getting them to FIX the problem instead of trying to do a easy temporary fix. Very frustrating.
