For my first visit. Everyone in the office was very friendly, and pleasant. They all new their job very well. They work very effectively together. They wait time for my appointment time was better than average. The office was very clean, and everyone was using gloves and mask as they should. I would definitely recommend.

I am really impressed by the way everyone in the office from the receptionist to the dentist make you feel like you're their friend. I have had traumatic experiences in the past and was very apprehensive going in for my first appointment. They seem to know how I felt and put me at ease. I have more work and appointments to come and I am actually looking forward to it. They're wonderful for people like me so if your scared ,give them a chance. Everyone there is terrific.

I haven't had dental work in quite a few years but once one of my teeth started bothering me, I decided to try Aspen. My first appointment, in June, went well. The staff were super friendly and answered any and all questions I had about my treatment. There was one tooth that needed to be extracted. So I made the appointment, which couldn't be had until late August of this year. It had been causing me quite a bit of pain but I did my best to be patient and wait for my appointment. The day before my extraction, I got a call from Aspen Dental stating that they wouldn't be able to do the extraction because of the roots of the tooth and would refer me to an oral surgeon. I was devastated. Not only did they wait until the day before to let me know all this but they had this information since they did my exrays in June. I waited for months for that appointment and was so upset that they couldn't have had the decency to not waste my time knowing that I was in pain. The oral surgeon wasnt able to get me in untill October and i just couldnt believe that i would have to wait 2 more months for my pain to end. I ended up having to have an emergency extraction because the pain became unbearable. I gave Aspen Dental two stars simply because the staff in the office were so friendly and helpful but I will not be returning to their practice.

This was the nicest dentist office I have ever been to. They walk you through step by step and answer any questions that you have. Everyone in the office was so nice and so friendly. I can't believe I didn't go to them sooner. Thank you so much for everything.

Parking is great, sign is very easy to from road, reception area is big great seating,the receptionist has multitasking down to a science, the ray techs were very nice ,the hygienist is very caring person,the Doctor very nice man talk as so I could understand all Information, the financial person was very knowledgeable of all Information.
So far a very nice first visit,be back for cleaning

I "finally" got in to here for bad teeth. Just been 1 time because of not being able to make another quick appointment for my remaining teeth problems. (3-4 months wait time.) Too long to wait to save and take care of remaining teeth. Plus, please beware, the Numbing Medication they use can make you extremely sick for days after your visit. It actually caused blisters around my mouth due to the nausea !!

I’ve only been here a few times. The staff is great and super friendly. My only concern is having patients pay for services up front. I can perhaps see half but not all. That can be difficult for some this day and age.
