Had a cleaning by Jody and was pleased again. No pain and clean teeth. i have been going to her for several years and don't have any complaints. I had a crown that was finished in 3 hrs.,start to finish.... no temporary, no waiting for your crown....made in house while you are in the chair. That is awesome if you have ever had a crown. Overall experience was great, even saw an albino squirrel.lol

I recently moved to the area and this office was recommended to me. Most of my experiences (cleanings, paying bill, and fillings) have been positive. Only at one time in my three visits did I feel the patient wasn’t put first. Seemed there may have been some office drama that was happening and the patient wasn’t put first. The assistant helping with the fillings did not communicate well, was too busy being frustrated with other staff. All other experiences have been wonderful.

Dr. Brown and his beautiful staff always treat me with the utmost respect. They are very accommodating if I have an emergency tooth pain, and they respect my wallet and my time by not telling me I have a need for further treatment if I do not. Both my son and I are not fans of going to the dentist, but Dr. Brown and his staff are wonderful. They make each visit pleasant. My son would fight his old pediatric dentist and staff, but Dr. Brown and his staff are so patient. They took the time to explain and eased their way through the procedure with him. Thank you. I have a feeling that he may be a lot more comfortable with the dentist now. Even if it doesn’t work out with my son, I will continue to see Dr. Brown and his staff. 😊

First off, I am morbidly terrified of the dentist.. Dr. Brown and his staff put me completely at ease. If I had not experienced it myself I would not have believed it. He did an amazing job with my "procedure ". Secondly, his staff is one of a kind. They have all put me at ease. I cant remember all the names but I saw Katie today for my minor concerns. She was amazing and informitave. I can honestly say I have eaten today without ANY pain for the first time in years. (THANK YOU KATIE) I have a level of life that I've not had in years because of Dr. Brown and his staff. I am grateful. Thank you Dr. Brown. And thank you to his staff. You are amazing!!!
