The front desk team were great, very friendly and clear on letting me know about my appointment and handling the insurance billing. My dental hygienist was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, I could tell by her talking through the steps she was taking for the procedures performed. She was very kind. I only saw the dentist briefly. Amazing dentist office.
Kirsten was my hygienist and she was beyond good….took the time to get to know me as a new patient, and cleaned my teeth wonderfully and hassle free. Doc Portis was professional and efficient. I’d would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Mount Juliet area.
