Happy with my dentures but I paid for an oral exam that I never received. And nobody in the office knew why I was there when I went for my last visit!! They asked me what was supposed to take place in the visit😠😠 Seems to me if I had to pay that they would know what I was paying for 😠😠

I had the best experience ever!!! They helped me with my problems as well as instructed me on how to keep my smile beautiful!!! Dr. Coggins was the best and I vowed to never return to the dentist (horrible experiences in the past). Thank you Dr. C. Coggins and staff

Wait time is ridiculous. Dentist was very rough, it was obvious she could care less. At the end of appointment, staff meet in my room to discuss billing procedures, etc, unprofessional. Hygienists was sweet though, took her time and explained everything she was doing.

Took my son in for exam and cleaning. Was told the insurance was approved before being seen. Got a bill two months later they didn’t try to bill insurance I called they said it was a miss typed number. Ok month later got a bill again no insurance billed called called called called called called called left message after message now I have a letter from a debt collector because this business will not contact or bill your insurance. It’s a scam cause they get more if you pay the inflated bill of 369 for the same thing they offer for new patients for 19.99 with no insurance. This screams SCAM. It’s been 6 months and I still can’t get any one to call me back on this. Pull your own teeth out before you go here

Not even worth 1 star. DO NOT GO TO ANY ASPEN Especially this location. Ruined my smile, tortured me ( Pulled 9 teeth just by numbing my mouth, I still felt everything and they said they couldn't stop since they started) and now sent me to collection when I don't owe them anything. They said it was an error and would be fixed but it wasn't fixed. Worst dentist, worst experience of my life, still having nightmares.

AWFUL!!! I really wish there was a law that required businesses to disclose class action and malpractice information on the front of their building - that way you could at least find out before going in uninformed - (apparently though independently owned, collectively practicing fraudulent & negligent/substandard care NATIONWIDE). They base their business model on a RETAIL model - NOT HEALTHCARE!!! What this means to YOU as the consumer is that they ONLY CARE to try to take your money and give you the cheapest, worst and most substandard products to give you for the MOST money they can attempt to squeeze out of you, your insurance or their credit card.

I have learned ALL of the above by doing simple Google searches on negligent care Aspen Dental AFTER they broke my front left tooth, refused to return communications (this includes even following up after breaking my tooth and failing to pull the original broken molar I went in for.)

They will NOT return calls unless you are relentless and VERY driven to ensure the public at large is aware, by leaving poor business reviews.

IF you too have been a victim of Aspen Dental Practices, PLEASE follow up. There is a current class action lawsuit spinning up (GOOGLE FOLKS), File the Grievance with your insurance, Contact the BBB, Contact the media, get on those message boards on FB, NextDoor and ANY social media you use to INFORM YOUR COMMUNITY! Be the voice for those who have gone before you and been ripped off and injured.

When they come in the back to delete your review, make sure you come back and be diligent in making sure your community KNOWS how bad the service is here! Keep posting those reviews.

Keep a log of ALL communications/people's names/irresolutions/practices/promises etc. By the way, the provider I had the misfortune to meet was Dr. Cheryl Coggins at Murfreesboro, TN location.

My wisdom teeth removal back in 2016 was great! I WISH I had checked around because I felt I was given a HUGE price tag along with such a common procedure. I do not like how they force you to get their ORAL B Toothbrush because its hundreds of dollars too. No one asked, I was given a huge box and later on the bill, another huge pricetag.

Other than that, my dentist was professional and the medicine helped my swelling.
I just WISH the Office Manager would reach back out to me! I am trying to pay this debt off but they are asking for DOUBLE (more than 50%) of my original cost! Its been a headache and I wish I had gone somewhere else instead.

From the beginning like when I was looking for emergency care they are there for me schedule appointment is flexible starting from 7:30am, front desk is nice x ray personal nice doctor Williams nice office manger is nice all together is good people god bless all I will bring all my family there.

I couldn't get in to see my dentist for a swollen jaw and Aspen Dental got me in. The doctor was very helpful and cring. Took the time to listen to my concerns. I will be going back.

The staff at Aspen Dental are the very best. I am very appreciative of the care and attention I get from Dr. Coggins and assistant Joanny Gonzales. They are both caring and sensative to my dental needs. I am impressed with Joanny's knowledge and skills she has developed under Dr. Coggins. I feel like I have two doctors caring for me at the same time. The entire staff is professional and they treat their patients like they are IMPORTANT. Thanks!!!
