Extremely friendly and helpful Staff. Dr. Kim was very thorough with the exam and his explanation of the condition and options as to what we could do. Procedures and cost was explained in detail and we were given a writen print out. Appointments were scheduled very timely. We highly recommend.

I can't remember when I've a more pleasant experience in any doctor or dentist's office. Everyone went way over and above to give me excellent care. They are professional, kind, and very good at what they do. I cannot recommend this office high enough.

I called to get my husband seen for an emergency exposed nerve cracked tooth - he was in so much pain he was almost passing out. I called and they made the appointment same day and got us in. We arrived on time and sat for 45 min before he got called back. The office was packed. Finally they call him back and he sat back there for an hour and 15 min. Not doing a procedure just having him sit. They finally said they will extract it on Monday and he needs antibiotics in the mean time. All why still in Agonizing pain. They did hand him some Qtip with gel on it on his way out the door to help pain?? Why didn’t they apply that for him?? He still go no relief and we aren’t even sure we did it right. They also said they were on lunch and it would be an hour before they sent in the prescription. I’ve checked the pharmacy 3 times and still no prescription , we are going on 2 hours since leaving the office and 4 hours since we were supposed to get emergency help and still have ZERO relief. I called and they said they will get to it the dentist has been super busy. One dentist only. Totally get that. Totally sympathize with short staff. HOWEVER do not take on more patients in the same day or advertise for emergency. They should have said we can’t see him today we have one dentist. We would have found help elsewhere. I have never seen such a thing. This was an emergency and we still don’t have any testament. Just pulled up to the pharmacy for the 4th time, still no prescription. If you have an emergency call anyone else you will not get helped here

Mrs. Williams was absolutely amazing. I had two teeth pulled and she was so nurturing and patient with me; taking the time to check for pain and communicating with me as the patient. I feel very much at home with this place. All the hygienist are as sweet as could be and also very effective at their job. I will definitely be getting my teeth done from here.

Also, their finance lady (sorry dont know the professional term lol) is awesome and will really give you a rundown of all you need done and still work to keep it within budget.

I've had a few extractions done at Aspen Dental in Murfreesboro TN on Medical Center Pkwy. I would highly recommend them. They are very considerate of the patient and always make sure I have a pain free visit. Also I like the fact that I am able to use a payment plan since I don't have insurance.

Very professional. I have been x-rayed and have been accurately diagnosed. I can give more information after my next appointment.

I have been trying to take care of a broken tooth extraction for the better part of a year. The road block I’ve always run into was my high blood pressure. The team at Aspen put my mind at ease and waited patiently while I calmed down to a point where my BP was manageable.

The extraction was quick, the team was friendly and kind, and even though this is a more corporate style business, I never felt pressured or upsold. My options were explained to me clearly and I never felt taken advantage of.

Dental work can be a scary prospect but I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else. Really incredible experience from top to bottom.

The reason I gave 4 stars- X-ray was horrible, left a bruise inside my mouth were it cut me, however, everything else was perfect. Everyone treated me very kind and made my experience easy and worth going back. The doctors are Great and the assistants made sure I was ok even after the painful X-ray. But I won’t be getting another X-ray.

Here’s the thing. Aspen in Murfreesboro is an absolutely wonderful place to go for dental work. I would give the office a 10/10 and a full 5 stars if it wasn’t for the Endodontist I had today. They try to make everything as easy as it can possibly be from financial matters down to the actual teeth stuff. Every time I go the staff and all the magic teeth people are beyond amazing, truly they are wonderful caring people who actually care about the well-being and comfort of their patients. But the endodontist does not. I was SA about 2 years go and I cannot have male physician without my mom or someone I trust in the room with me, it’s like a blanket of security knowing that someone I trust is around me when I being worked on by a man I do not know. I begged for my mom to be able to sit in the room with me and he just kept saying no. My mom eventually told them why it needed to be a female doctor or she needed to sit in the room and he still said no. Then he continued to get mad at me for crying during the entire process. Now is he good at his job? Absolutely I never felt any physical pain during the whole process and it was done fairly quickly, even with all the tears and crying, but he is not a good man. He was getting upset with me because I was crying because he’s a man that I do not know who wouldn’t let my mom sit in with me while I was on Valium after he was told the reasoning of why it would be better if she sat in the same room as me. He’s very good at his job but he is not a good person.
