Probably the worst month long experience I’ve ever had and wound up having to go to another dentist to fix the mess they started. There should be a 0 starts button. I was told at the consultation meeting that I could get all my work done in two visits. First visit, I sit in the chair waiting to be worked on for over an hour after they have already numbed my mouth. They finally come in to do work and my mouth isn’t really numb anymore. I get more shot, they are having issues getting my mouth numb, so I get more shot. After so many shots I’m convulsing in the chair with my heart beating so fast and I feel like I’m going to pass out. They stop working on my teeth. Come back for my next visit. Wait in the chair for another hour before someone finally comes in to work on my teeth. This process took over a month to get my work done. With EVERY SINGLE TIME I sat in the chair for about an hour just waiting. I had 2 root canals done and the bite was never done correctly on either of them. So I was having to constantly go back to get them to adjust the bite. I was then charged copay for visit when I was told it would be done in two visits. Whatever. I can deal with that. Now three months later I get a bill in the mail stating I owe more money. I had a primary and secondary insurance cover this and also still paid out of pocket. And now they want more money for the worst dental experience I have ever had? Just having issues justifying paying more money for something I had to have someone else fix (and pay the new dentist money to fix the issues aspen caused), something that they couldn’t even do on their time schedule they set, and hours of wasted time just sitting. Also was already afraid and didn’t like the dentist. After going here I’m terrified of the dentist and NEVER want to go back. I would not reccomend anyone to go here. Unless you just have an abundance of time and money to waste. One of the worst decisions I EVER made was to trust aspen dental. I think it is worth mentioning that the dentist is so sweet and she is so nice. I think she is just over booked as she is constantly running from room to room or having the dental techs constantly come in and ask her questions. At the end of the day that’s not my problem, what is my problem is sitting in the chair for hours just waiting. Everyone’s time is valuable. Will absolutely never ever return to aspen dental for anything.

Being a recent patient at Aspen Dental I can tell you that it is fully staffed with the most wonderful employees. From the front desk with Rachel to check you in so welcoming and friendly,to Crystal the hygienist so sweet and caring, to Dr. Coggins being so patient and professional with my root canal;which is a blessing cause dental work gives me anxiety! And even Allie who handles the finance department and goes over all the options with you thoroughly before you commit to any payments was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. If your not a fan of going to the dentist like me go straight to Aspen!! They will take good care of you and your needs. Like the Dr told me this is not just about your teeth we want to make sure your ok through the whole process. And they all worked so well with me the whole time I was there. I will even bring my daughter in there because their the best!!

My experience was great. I did think the wait was long. Dr Cheryl was very friendly and good. I enjoyed meeting her. Jess Stimson the dentist assistant very sweet. I like the way the Doctor and the assistant talked to me which was very easy to understand.

This staff here is amazing, calming, friendly, very caring. I could not be happier despite the pain I was in. When I came in the women at the front desk was smiling and overly friendly. She was made sure all of my paperwork was in place quickly. The women who did my x-rays, notice I was in pain and worked quickly and cautiously around my pain, and when she was done with a particular picture she told me I could remove the piece and rest while I waited for her to come back! That really showed she cared, and it helped me relax! And then the Dr, she came in looked around and told me we would extract the tooth later that day! No questions asked! The finance department worked quickly with my insurance and me to make the payment so I could come back! All of that was helpful and made me relax! My only complaint , was I waited two hours in my chair for them to come in and extract my tooth, but the dr was trying to work me into the schedule.

Dr. Williams was wonderful. I took my dad to get his dentures repaired and she took great patience and care with him. She truly went above and beyond to help him feel at ease, which made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend her.

Was asked to pay for my cleaning scheduled next month on my visit yesterday. I have never had to prepay before. I just waent 5 months prior to another dentist and was told I need 2 crowns and 2 fillings that will cost 3326.00 total. Aspen told me I need 5 crowns and 3 fillings for a total of 7024.80 I am uninsured so this is all oops costs. I am 86 years old and was surprised that there would be so much variance in price and in what they felt I need especially at my age.

Went for broken teeth, pain, possible access experiencing swelling and nausea....the initial exam/x-ray they said would only be $19 do to no insurance was false. They charged $19 for exam but was charged additional for x-ray. No antibiotics nothing ...was there for 3 hours scheduled an extraction for 10 days later.....have to live in pain and probably abcess infection for 10 more days. Staff was friendly but emergency treatment for serious potential dangerous situation is a joke...not to mention had to pay half up front for the extraction set for 10 days later...half was almost $500. The rep that was doing the financials had the price up to $5000 because they factored in partials and replacements without asking what I wanted...which was ONLY to have the nad teeth removed. Garbage chain mentality. Unimpressed

I went to Aspen Dental on Thompson Lane for my first visit. I loved every second of being there. I was there for a while but them making me feel like I had been coming there for years, I didn't care how long I was there. That's how I like to feel when I go somewhere for appointments. Thank you Lord for places like this. If you need a dentist I highly recommend Aspen Dental on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro Tn.
