The receptionist were alert and polite when I arrived. The assistant was polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The dentist explained to me what was needed to be done and my options to get it done. She was competent easy to talk to and expressed herself well.

I am sure there are better dental offices in Murfreesboro. Dental Care started out great under Dr Rosario. Now the quality and honesty of the practice has changed. The staff can be terribly rude when questioned. Beware that the dentist you may see could be a temp. Please do your due diligence before scheduling an appointment. I will be notifying my insurance to do an investigation of this practice.

Waste of time. Please do not come to this dental office. My mother came here to get her preventative cleaning done that is covered under her insurance and she left without a cleaning. They wanted to do a deep cleaning first before doing a normal preventative cleaning. I’ve never heard or been to a dentist where a patient is denied a basic cleaning. It’s not like her teeth were going to fall out or cause HARM with a basic cleaning. Do not waste your time, money, or insurance expecting to get a basic cleaning because it won’t happen. Seems like this dental office is getting over and money hungry to patients who just want to keep up with their teeth. Look else where!

Needed to pick up a custom ordered mouth guard, however they are only open during the hours that I work and also take lunch at the same time as mine.
Yesterday, I got off a little early, called ahead said that I would be there at 5:01 and was instructed that would be okay as they still had a patient.
Pulled up at 5:01, a girl in pink scrubs with dark hair sitting at the counter ran off and about 5 minutes later, a different girl who was blonde was crawling across the floor and peeked over the counter to see if I was still at the door.
So, I took off work today to pick up my mouth guard and while I was there spoke to the practice manager.
She immediately tried to say that the people I saw were cleaning crews. I told her that was weird because they were both in scrubs.
Also I saw patient information (scheduling) was clearly on the computer screens (clear HIPAA violation).
After that excuse did not work, she said that the employees are instructed to not open the door after close. This is completely acceptable and reasonable, but blatantly hiding, crawling around, and peeking over countertops is not acceptable or reasonable in any regard. All that needed to be said was they cannot open the door and they were sorry for the inconvenience.
And again, all of this happened after being instructed it was okay to go there at that time to simply grab a mouth guard.
VERY poor customer service and objection handling over these two interactions. Unless you expect a perfectly smooth interaction every single time, you might need to rethink where you do business because they are not equipped to handle any bumps in the road.
