Came in for my own issue this time, have a molar that is infected and needs immediate extraction and the whole team made me feel far more secure and comfortable about the procedure I will soon have, as sudden as it may be. Dr. Flipse made sure to check and see what my options would be for best and worst case scenario and did so in a kind and timely fashion. My experience with Dr. Chitwood and his staff could not be improved upon. Outstanding really isn't adequate to describe the technical knowledge and professional demeanor of the staff. Although the entire staff was a part of the implant process, most of my time was spent with Dr. Chitwood and Donna. At every step along the way they educated me on the process to be undertaken during that visit and answered my innumerable questions with extraordinary patience. I walked out today with a smile on my face and looking forward to be able to eat my favorite foods once again.

I was referred to Dr. Chitwood by my local dentist due to me needing an implant. First I have to say that I am one of those people that experience some anxiety with dental visits. Dr. Chitwood and his staff were great. One of the things that I really want to stress is how well they schedule the appointments. They really respect your time and if they tell you when you will be seen believe me they mean it, very very short wait times. The only thing that was better than the promptness of the scheduling was the level of services they perform. I could go on and on but I will stop. Trust me if you are thinking about becoming a patient of Dr. Chitwood you will not regret it.

I have been going to Dr. Chitwood for over ten years (and my wife for over twenty) and I can honestly say that I like going to get my teeth cleaned. From the polite girls at the front desk, to the professional hygienists, and yes...all the way to Dr. Chitwood. They make me feel comfortable in an environment that I am typically not comfortable. And, I love the way my teeth look. I'm not really sure what more I could ask from him or his staff.

Dr. Chitwood replaced a tooth that had given me pain for fifteen years. Now I don't even know the implant is there. Enjoying chewing on both sides again! Dr. C and staff were always cheerful and friendly and communicated what to expect very clearly. I was able to pay for everything up front, which was convenient. Super job!

My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Flipse and Dr. Chitwood for two years. They do a great job with the most up to date equipment and training. They are very focused on eliminating pain. Their final results are perfection in dental work. If you need work done in Middle Tennessee you can't do better than Chitwood and Flipse.

I had a filling by another dentist that needed to be redone. Dr. Flipse and Ms. Donna repaired my tooth better than the original! In addition, Dr. Flipse's injections are completely painless!! I highly recommend their office to everyone!
