If I could give 1000 stars, I would!! Murfreesboro Smiles is by far the BEST dentist office I have ever gone to. I am a wuss when it comes to any pain, but especially dental. The entire staff makes me feel so at ease at every visit, even when it’s just a simple cleaning. Sweet MaryAnne always greats you with such a positive attitude as soon as you come in. Sweet Katie is always so kind when taking x-rays / assisting. Sweet Julia does the best cleanings ever & is so personable. & Sweet Dr. Casey is the man!! Always checking in on you while he’s working on you to make sure you’re not in pain, so gentle & so so kind! I love this place & every single staff member I have come in contact with there. 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. The woman at the front desk and the dentist were both super personable. The star of the show is Sarah though, I cannot even express how much she helped me in understanding my next steps and demystifying insurance coverage. She's wildly knowledgeable and super sweet.

If I could give this a no star review I would so 1 star it is. All the 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. I have 0 problems with my gums yet when the dentist checked them properly, he purposely stabbed my gums to the point of bleeding. I felt violated. Then diagnosed me with all sorts of issues except for what I went there initially for. Mind you even with insurance, what they quoted me was still very expensive. When I asked the dentist that I would like to get a 2nd opinion, he became very offended and stormed out of the room. He cared more about how much money he could put in his pocket rather than actually helping me. Please do not go! It’s not worth the headache, stress, or false diagnosis.

In my 5+ years as a customer, I’ve always had great experiences with Murfreesboro Smiles! They have flexible scheduling with great appt reminders. Cleanings are top notch and thorough-Dr.D and Valerie are both very kind and personable. I’ve never had any billing issues. You can tell that they run a customer comes first operation. 5 Stars!!

Murfreesboro Smiles is a fantastic place for the whole family to receive Dental Care. The receptionists, ( Marian) is always so friendly and helpful. I’m always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Drs Casey, Salisbury, and Dileo are fantastic, very expedient and efficient for keeping me and my family in tip top oral health and with beautifully pearly white smiles. Special thanks to Dr Valerie Salisbury for the excellent 5 star treatment today as always. I highly recommend this establishment!

I just called to see if they took my insurance, I forgot to get her name but she answered the phone at about 1:51pm today (11/10/2022). Just a little kindness can go along way! She was soooo sweet and helpful , even though they did not take my insurance she made sure to help me figure out an easier way to find a dentist. Wow! Small things matter BIG TIME ! Julie took care of me very well. She answered all my questions that i had that had me nervous and scared. I felt safe and confident with julie. She was gentle and sweet and friendly. I hope to have her do my next cleaning with her. For the first time in years i found the best, nicest, gentle dental place that makes me feel safe and not so scared of the dentist like i used to be.
