Let me start by saying I had not been to a dentist in a very long time, this was by FAR the best experience I've ever had. The woman who set up my appointment was friendly and accommodating from the start, so I was already impressed. When I went for my cleaning, my dental hygienist was so sweet and made the process seamless. She answered all of my questions and was so easy to talk to. Dr. McNutt is amazing & addressed all of my concerns with my teeth. Overall, I would highly recommend this office & I'm so glad I made my appointment here.

I became a patient at Richland Creek after another dentist tried to charge me $2,500 for "scaling" my teeth. Turns out I just needed a good cleaning, which I got, for a reasonable price, along with great customer service, here. I've been a patient for years now. Great dentist, great staff. Grateful they are in Nashville.

Had another great experience with Dr. McNutt and his staff. He pulled a tooth yesterday, and it went even better than the tooth he pulled a few months ago, and that experience was as good as they come. Dr. Tim is an exceptionally peaceful man and is concerned about making your dental needs as painless and as enjoyable as possible. Great guy!

Dr McNutt is one of the best dentists I have ever had. He has great bedside manner and very gentle. I have anxiety when I go to the dentist, but with him I am able to calm down and get what work that needs to be done, taken care of! Also everyone that works for him is amazing! Especially his dental assistant! If you are looking for a GREAT dentist then he is the one! SUPER happy with all the work he has done, and my mouth looks so much better now! Thanks to Dr McNutt and his amazing staff! :)

This past August I went to Sylvian Park Smiles and they tried to sell me a $750 laser cleaning because apparently my teeth were in such bad shape and a $3500 crown replacement and root canal. Plus they listed out several other treatments I would need in the near future. I spent an hour and a half there and never even got the cleaning I came in for. Instead I ran out the door as fast as I could.
Fast forward a few months and I came to Richland Creek Dentistry as a colleague highly recommended them. They had a family run operation feel and excellent customer service. Brittany checked my teeth and told me that they were in good shape (surprise surprise) and only needed a good clean. I expressed my concern about the crown that the previous place had wanted to replace and Dr. McNutt checked it and showed me that it was in good shape as well. So from $4250 out of pocket, I ended up with $0 out of pocket and a clean bill of health.

The staff and dentist are all great. Very friendly. They do not try to sell you things you don't need like I have delt with at other dentist offices.

This dentistry is run so well. I’ve only been for 2 visits so far and both were consistently pleasant. They greet you as if you are family and genuinely care about what’s going on in your life. They’re on time and very efficient. I’m very happy with my experience.

Great and friendly people to work with. The doctor and his staff do and amazing job in keeping you comfortable and getting the job done. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Everyone is very nice and does their job well. I like both of their hygienists that I have seen. The facility is nice and clean and you do not have to wait very long at all maybe 5 minutes to get called back.
